What an awesome experience!!! This was our first experience with Zappos and I must say that we were completely satisfied. When my 13 year old son did not find the shoes at the Vans store, we went online and found them at Zappos! We ordered them late on a Monday evening and they arrived at our house that same week on Wednesday! Outstanding!!! We will definitely order with Zappos again.
