I'm writing to say this is has been my first purchase from Zappos.com (for a pair of shoes). I am so impressed with the amazing customer service for the site. I've now received three emails, one confirmation of order, one stating they're sending my product out earlier than first scheduled and one with my tracking number. I took the moment to read everything on each of the emails and felt the loyalty and kindness of the company. In addition, the courtesy of paying for shipping and giving a year to return purchases is tremendous. Great job, Zappos, all your hard work is paying off. Have a great weekend.
