Very comfortable but a tad larger than I expected. I would buy Keen again in a heartbeat. I work in a hospital and am on my feet all day and even wearing them on the second day in the hospital, no blisters and my feet did not hurt at the end of the day. They are very easy to kick off and on as well.

Phenomenally fast delivery!
I ordered these boots yesterday afternoon, and they arrived at 2pm today! They are very comfortable, and will be perfect with a pair of woolies. This is the 4th pair of shoes that I have bought from Zappos, and the speedy delivery time beats anyone anywhere; I buy nearly everything online. This is my first pair of serious snow boots, and I am not dissapointed. Snowing today, and I have already been out shoveling in them, 20 degrees, no cold toes here. And they are the coolest looking boots, classic.

My feet are warm!
I have a large foot and have a hard time finding a nice shoe. These shoes fit great and are super warm. I can play in the snow all day with my kids. I couldn't be happier and they were at my house the next day!
Fantastic bag -
Love, love this bag. It has handles but is also of the latest craze -messenger bags. It's a neutral, but not black and not brown, and goes with everything. Marc Jacobs has done a great job. Zappos again has a current style at a very decent price with free ship!

LOVE these boots!
I love, love, love these boots!
They are warm, waterproof, and super cute under pants or with skirts. A great all around winter boot!
I have a wide foot, and these were surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. I am so used to having to break shoes in, and this was such a relief!
The only thing I will say is that they don't have a lot of arch support, and since they're pull-on, it's hard to put in an insole. But they are still very comfortable, and I can walk around all day in them in comfort!

Pigeon-toe -
I am very disappointed with this very expensive MBT shoe! For whatever the reason, I was unable to walk in the correct form and alignment with these shoes. These shoes would force my legs to a "pigeon-toe" position; with all my effort and energy I tried to "learn" to walk in them and my feet would automatically "pigeon-toe." They are also very heavy; which explains the "workout" most women claim. Save the money and use ankle-weights with the same exercise benefits. The shoe looks unique; but not worth the high price.

I ordered this beautiful Baroque Tall UGG from Zappos. I totally loved these boots. Felt true to the size. I used to wear size 8 in sneaker, but after read the instruction from Zappos, I ordered size 7. It was great, I felt so comfortable with one size down.
Although I found some other sites which have this UGG for a lower price, I still placed an order with Zappos. Because they have the best best customer services! FAST SHIPPING!!!

Good start but needs work -
Was hoping this would be my sports bra holy grail but no luck. I'm beginning to believe comfortable and functional sports bras for large busted women just don't exist. My biggest complaint with this style is that there is absolutely no way to adjust the fit. There is only one back hook size option and the shoulder straps are not adjustable at all. I commend the company for attempting to provide sports bras in larger sizes but this was just not comfortable for me. FYI I wear a size 34dd/34e in most bras.

Cute but need a zipper -
These boots have a great classic look. The lining is somewhat cheap feeling, and the heels are molded plastic and look cheap too. I would have overlooked these faults and kept the boots, but I could not get them on due to my high instep. A zipper would have solved the problem.
