I am so amazed by your service that I wanted to send you my thank you. Hope this gets to the right people. I saw a pair of shoes in a store on Saturday that I wanted, but they didn't have my size. I found them in my size on your site and ordered. I realized that the zip code I used for delivery was wrong and called customer service. She fixed the zip code and then said that she saw I paid for 3-day shipping. She said she would upgrade me to free 1-day shipping (without any request on my part)! Amazing... Well, I thought the shoes would be here on Tuesday, but they were delivered this morning (Monday) by 8:30 am. You guys must have a great relationship with FedEx!
