Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
