This is my second or third year purchasing items from ZAPPOS, and I have never, ever been disappointed in the merchandise or the service. As a matter of fact, you are the BEST internet store I've ever found…and I do all but food shopping in this manner. It is my opinion that no business can be truly excellent unless the employees are happy and motivated. If I were young I'd love to work there!! It's fun to make so many shoppers happy, isn't it?
