Thank you! Can I just say for starters how pleased I was to get up this morning and read my email that my order had been shipped and as I'm reading, my doorbell rings. It's UPS with my shoes! I tried them on immediately on my carpet as instructed. I loved them! They feel comfortable and looked just as I hoped. They matched both my suits perfectly, which are winter white with a trim of black. Also, I'm very pleased with how easy it is to navigate your website to find what I'm looking for and that I can view the shoe not only in the various colors, but the various angles or positions of the shoe! Very important to me. Anyway, thanks again for such fabulous service and making my first shopping experience with Zappos wonderful. I will be telling my friends and family.
