Very cute, but disappointed -
This shoe is very cute and the color is a wonderful, true red. Unfortunately, although the box stated 9N, the shoe itself was marked 9W and I must send it back. When I tried to reorder the correct size, there were no more available.

Another great Keen sandal!
These are cuter than usual for Keen and have their usual comfort factor. I have a high instep so the leather uppers needed to stretch a bit. I'm usually a 7.5 but sometimes an 8 and had to go with an 8 for the Calistoga. I have a wide foot but the fit was fine for me.

I just got this shoe today (thanks, Zappos service!) to wear to a wedding tomorrow. I'm maid of honor in a VERY informal wedding, and I needed something to wear with my dress that would be comfy to walk in (the wedding is at the Baltimore County courthouse, and we walk everywhere in the city). I normally wear an 8.5/9 shoe and have wide feet, but because of the reviews, I ordered an 8W, and am very pleased. I could have probably gotten a 7.5, even, but with socks these shoes will fit great. They are a little on the casual side with their sneaker style sole, but will work fine for what I call "dressy casual" events (going out to dinner, work, etc.).

I bought these shoes a few months ago - I was swayed by their sustainable nature. They fit well - I have size 8.5 feet that are a little on the wide said and they don't crowd my feet at all. Just one problem, though - button on the strap is nonfunctional, so the strap is actually connected by elastic which tore off the other day. I don't really care, so I can probably safety pin or tack it or something. Also, the insole slides out to accommodate orthotics.

Year round comfort and style -
Comfortable the moment I put them on. I wear a 9 1/2 medium and the size 40 fit perfectly. I love that I can wear them with or without socks or hose. The insole is part of the structure of the shoe. Therefore does not come away even if your foot sweats a little. The cutouts help ventilate.

Great shoe!
This was my first pair of Keens and I love them! They are cute and comfy and I have gotten a ton of compliments on them. I bought the brown pair which are super cute but eventually would like to get them in black too. Highly recommend them for the "natural girl". I’m a 10.5 and I got a 10.5 and they fit great.

I thought I would love this shoe-a low sandal that is not a thong. I typically wear a 6 1/2 so based on the sizing, I ordered a 7. The length was perfect but my foot felt as though it was swimming in the shoe and I couldn't walk without them slipping off. I would never have categorized my foot as extremely narrow, but these shoes kept falling off my foot-may not be a problem for wider feet? Such a shame as they are cute!

Not good for feet that swell -
I found these shoes to be beautiful but even in the wide the covering of the footbed allows the foot to slip and the weaving of the top comes up too high to allow for any swelling of the feet. There is no arch support at all. Not good for a wide foot.

Great walking shoe -
I just purchased these and have had them on all day. They are so comfy right out of the box! They look great with slacks, jeans or a skirt. I have a wide foot with arch problems but these shoes feel like house slippers. Well worth the cost. Just ordered another color. Zappos is tops for ordering and returning.

THE BEST SHOES EVER -
I reviewed these shoes once before I went on a week long vacation and now it is after vacation. I wore them 8 hours of constant walking at Disney and Sea World for 6 days. NO BLISTERS OR SORE FEET!!! These are definitely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. If you have never bought shoes from ZAPPOS this is THE best online retailer there is. They have great customer service and selection.

Comfy but basic -
The soles on these flip flops were surprisingly padded. I bought the gold ones, and they are nice and shiny, which gives a little bit of glam when you're keeping it casual. They are not very dressy, and the edges of the leather are kind of rough. I do like having real leather on such a basic pair of flip flops, though.

I am a 6.5 in almost every shoe, but this style did not fit properly. The length and width were perfect (even for my wide foot). But the back and sides of the shoe where it hugs the bottom of your ankle was really loose. The elastic would have kept the shoe on my foot, but it was uncomfortable just walking around the house, as it seemed it would flop off of my foot with each step. I also felt that these were very flat, and not really a more stylish alternative to a sneaker because of the flatness. I wanted to like these, but they just didn't work out.

Shoe odor issues -
This shoe is, indeed, one of the most comfortable I've ever owned. I wore them for two weeks up and down France and had a delightful time without a single blister or foot cramp. The problem? The synthetic inner sole starts to smell over time... really bad, in fact! And I know it's not just me, because my other shoes are all fine. For the first couple of weeks you'll love them, but after that they become hopelessly useless due to the rank odor.

Great for Standing -
As a musician, I need to be able to stand in one spot for up to three hours. I needed a sandal that would offer good arch support AND be narrow enough for my feet (size 6-N, which I can never find a store). I ordered 11 (!!) pairs of black sandals from Zappos, tried them all, selected these, and shipped the rest back. What could be better?

5 Stars all around! Slip on, slip off, SUPER comfy!!! Sporty without being a sneaker, I can get away with wearing these to work (I have Black)!! I did have a tiny blister on one foot for about 2 days, but that was the extent of the "break-in period" -- nothing to cry about, I've been through MUCH worse. Now they're my daily "go-to" shoes! You WON'T be disappointed, just give them a chance! I wear them with stockings, if you intend on doing the same or thin socks I recommend ordering a size down. I had to get a 6.5 and I generally wear a 7 or sometimes even a 7.5 if they're sneakers I'll be wearing thicker socks with.

I truly wanted to like these shoes. They look really cute and the inserts are comfy. Unfortunately, I think they were poorly constructed. The seams at the back of the heel stick out in a way that rubs my heels in a bad way. They also feel tighter that my other Merrells. It could be the extra thick cushioning. So they are going back.

The comfort is outstanding but the best part of this flop is the fit. All feet are not created equal and for me one foot is a little smaller than other so I'm always a size in between. The Hiapo does not have the slop that others do. Can be a dresser look for evening at the resort as well as beach shoe. Classic/cool blended into one. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect fit for my "Hard to find fitted-shoes" feet. Feel comfortable with high arch support and snug tightly on top of foot. Lighter weight than I thought from seeing the picture. Although the appearance is rather funny, clunky, weird, but I'd think it makes me feel younger for a 62 year old lady. The comfort it brings me far outweighs the look! I sure hope to wear these shoes on my next trip to Thailand.
