I love my Uggs -
It is my first pair of Uggs and it will not be my last. I think they are slippers, but I wore them out with a pair of jeans and you could not tell. Lightweight and very comfy.

Worth the big bucks -
I've always wanted a pair of Uggs so I finally broke down and bought a pair. And I'm sooo glad I did. They’re like "comfort food" for your feet. I put them on and I feel good! Be sure and get a size smaller than you normally do. I wear a 7 1/2 and a 6 is perfect. You will love these boots!

First of all, Zappos is great! Shipping was fast and I received my Uggs the next day. These shoes are great. Very comfortable and perfect for cold climates. I wear them all winter. They form to your feet. I have multiple colors. Always order a size down.

I LOVE my Uggs. I fought the trend for a long time because they are not the prettiest boot around, but they are by far one of the most comfortable and warm boots I have ever worn. They do seem to run just a little big. I normally wear and 8. I have Uggs in both size 7 and 8 and the 7 fits a little better - although the 8 is still fine.

Not all they're cracked up to be.
Comfy at first, but after only a couple hours, you're wishing for your flip flops. They rubbed calluses on the back of my heels and I wasn't the only one. Another nurse at work complained of the exact same thing with her Klogs (same style.) Another thing, I don't even have high arches, at all, and I found that my arch didn't even touch the footbed in this shoe. They made me feel like I was balancing on my heels and balls of my feet. So alas, I got back on Zappos and ordered some Nikes, which are WAY comfortable, just not as cleanable as these shoes… but I'll sacrifice that for happier feet.

The leather in these sandals was lovely in the metallic anthracite. However, I found the width to run narrow, and the shoes slapped my heels when I walked. Regretfully, they are going back.

I just received this slipper. I put it on immediately when I took it out of the box. It is the most elegant, classic slipper. I will definitely get it another color. I wish it had a hard sole. It's fabulous.

Love the look of the sandal, but it took a few wearings to get the leather softened up. These are not a "ready out of the box" shoe that you can put on and forget about! However, the between-the-toe part has softened up and the top of my foot is adjusting to the rough & tough straps, so I'm happy that I kept them. These are very nice-looking sandals; they look good with everything. Another note: no arch support. These aren't for walking long distances.

Very Pleased with my slippers.
Daniel Green slippers are great for both indoor and outdoor wear. This slipper has very good arch support. It is very comfortable and stylish. Anyone with foot problems, i.e. Plantar Fasciitis, will love these slippers.

I have the black SoftWalk Cross Townes and I found the sizing to be incorrect as well. I am a diabetic and have neuropathy. Getting a narrow shoe in size 11 is extremely difficult, but these seem shorter than 11. Though I still wear the shoes, I paid the price as both nails on my big toes turned blue. All I can do is trust the manufacturers when stating size, but because they and others offer so few choices in narrow I must decide between situations like this or going barefoot!

I can't take these off -
My house has cold hardwood floors and I need to wear shoes inside all year round. I've worn Crocs, sandals, flip flops, but nothing compares with these fuzzy, uber-soft slippers. I mean, look at the rear view and tell me that they don't beg you to slide your foot inside. The faux-fur band provides a slightly snug feeling as you slip into them and they are as soft inside as out. I've worn them non-stop for a couple of weeks now (I work from home) and they have stretched ever so slightly. The snugness of the fur band is still there, but my foot slides around inside a little. Not a bad thing. The quality is excellent and they look as good now as when I first took them out of the box. I can't say enough good things about these slippers. I bought a pair for my best friend for her birthday.

Finally!
I finally found a very comfortable and supportive clog that doesn't look like my grandmother would wear it! 4 stars only because it's a bit clunky looking. Fit is fab...lots of toe room and it accommodates my high instep. After foot surgeries, one foot is slightly wider than the other and this shoe fits both. It's comfortable to walk in and I quickly bought another pair! Zappos is thee best place to shop -- they put up with my countless returns till I found what I wanted, never questioning. Give this shoe a try -- I think you'll be satisfied.

I am sorry but these slippers were very uncomfortable. The straps are way too wide and your feet just slide out. I can’t return them because I had to try them out on my wood floors. I do not have carpet. I never wear them.

Wow. Just ordered these 2 days ago and got them today. They are the shiznit! I have a pair of 5 year old Campus boots, but wanted something a little more 'rough and tumble' for the Fall. This boot definitely gives you that. They are so cute and sexy at the same time. Not too heavy. I ordered my regular boot size and they fit great with lots of room for a good thick pair of Winter socks. If you're on the fence about this boot, don't wait anymore, get them now! Comfortable right out of the box, not too high, great fit. Frye ROCKS! And so does Zappos! Ordered on Wednesday night and got them Friday morning... FREE OF CHARGE! Yay!

Wonderful - These are the only slippers I’ve bought for the past few years. All the colors they come in are very cute in person. I’ve had white, pink, and the purple. They take a few days to "break in" and mold to the shape of your foot. Overall, they are great. Highly recommended!

LOVE this sandal! I have a really tough time finding a flip flop that works for me since I wear a 5 or 5.5. This one is a "spa" sandal, but living in Florida I wear it all of the time. Like a true Clark sandal, the cut is generous in the toe and ball of the foot area so you don't feel like you are hanging over the edge. I have this sandal in black and I think I am going to try to find one in beige.

These are the cutest, most comfy boots ever! They're good quality and make a statement without making a statement. You need to order small. I'm a 6.5 to 7 and a size 5 fits perfect. They stretch!

I love the look of the shoe and the sole separates my sole from the road so to say. The leather is a bit stiff, thus the 4 star for comfort. They need a sock or other protection on heel and first toe. Roomy size 9, enough for an insole, which I always use. I would wear these and purchase more of this style for as long as they are made. Very handsome on the foot.

Most comfortable house-shoes you can own -
This is my second pair of Ugg house-shoes. I love the comfort of them and also the option to wear them outside (to get the mail, etc.). Some people may say they are a bit pricey, but the comfort is worth it!

These are tied with my Frye Tina campus boots (in bark brown) as my favorite boots. The price is steep, but these are DEFINITELY investment boots that you'll wear for years with the occasional maintenance trip to the cobbler's for re-soling. Unlike some boots that are too tight at the top, my skinny jeans fit right in the first time with no problem. The leather is gorgeous, thick - almost a tumbled texture. I wear a 6-6.5, but the 6.5's fit just fine. I'll be walking all over the city in these this fall and winter!

I was looking for some metallic heels to wear for my wedding, so that I could wear them again. Ordered these in silver and also Christin Michaels "Kathryn," which looks nearly the same. These were the clear winners! The color is great, the straps are firm but not pinching, and the comfort is excellent for shoes of this style (yes, I give them 5 stars, but they're not going to feel like Nikes!). The style itself is perfect – classic, minimalistic, elegant. Lovely!

I work for the #1 electronics retailer in the world and if we could bring this customer service principal to our 1000+ stores we'd be golden, but this is what makes you Zappos, I suppose.
