There are many times I've ordered from Zappos.com and got my purchase the next day. This time was something special. Needing shoes for my Bridal shower the next day, I turned to Zappos to look for navy blue patent ballet flats to go with my outfit. I had been to the mall and every store I could think of in search of shoes. Lo and behold, Zappos had the perfect solution, so I ordered a pair online. After ordering, I realized that they were no longer doing the free overnight shipping which had always made me oh so happy. Panicking that my shoes would not be here by the next day when I needed them, I called Zappos and spoke to an extremely nice guy who not only updated my order to free overnight shipping, but called the warehouse to see if my shoes could possibly shipped out that day (even though it was 3 hours after the trucks at the warehouse had left!). Noticing I was in somewhat of a panic, the nice guy on the phone asked what my rush was for and I explained that I had my shower the next day. Upon my arrival home from work the following day were my shoes and a beautiful huge bouquet of flowers with a card which wrote: Dear Erin, Congratulations and best wishes on your upcoming wedding. Regards, your friends at Zappos.com. I usually don't write testimonials on customer service, but Zappos.com went above and beyond their call of duty, and I thank them so much for that! I've told all my friends the story and you now have some new shoppers to a website they never even heard of before! Thanks Zappos, you now have a customer for life! Erin
