You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I knew if the size wasn't just right or she wanted a different color it would be a breeze to make the exchange.
