I am a network architecture consultant for a leading research and analysis company. I do a lot of online shopping, and I've seen a countless number of retail web sites. Whenever I need to tell an etailer how I compare their web site, I always use Zappos as my reference web site as The Standard. And, I use Zappos as the standard that all etailers should strive to be at the same level. None are even close, and I sincerely mean that. I haven't purchased a pair of shoes from anyplace other than Zappos. The only comment I have is that your selection is so large that it is sometimes difficult to make a decision; an envious position to be in.
