This is just a quick thank you for your fantastic customer service. A few weeks ago I placed an order for some pants. I was leaving the country in two days and wanted overnight shipping. The representative said, "No problem. I'll upgrade your order. You'll have it tomorrow. No extra charge." And the next day there they were. As it turns out, one pair was defective so I called back yesterday to make an exchange. Once again, a friendly voice answered the phone and said my new pants would be here today. You should be a model for companies everywhere.
