I just wanted to say that my experience with Zappos has been fantastic and I just spoke on the phone with a representative for an hour and from that hour we took 5 minutes for the reason I called in... I have never had so much fun and laughter while talking to someone in customer service and I haven't laughed and had fun like that in a long time... The woman I spoke to really needs to be acknowledged, just like the first guy I talked to before this because in customer service often times you will get more negative comments from customers then positive ones. Believe me, I know, I am queen of customer service. I'm not asking you to make the representatives I spoke with president's of the company but I am asking you to realize how lucky you are to have 2 individuals that will, with no doubt in my mind, contribute to the success of your company. Thanks for the coupon, I love Zappos and I won't have a problem finding something I like on your website. Thanks again.
