Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service.
