Zappos Customer Service Team.
I've probably bought over 350 items off the internet over the last 10 years. I have never had as good a customer service experience as I have had with you. I bought a gift for my GF, you guys overnighted. Turns out I bought the wrong one and the one I want magically sells out on site. 4:30am I receive an email that the item is in stock and you also sent me the return shipping labels. There's one bag left and you guys are able to swap things out for me *and overnight* the bag so my GF can have it tomorrow. That’s just insane when I think of how many other customers you deal with. This is simply a message saying Thank You and please send to the rest of the service team. You are all absolutely amazing.
