Although I have only ordered one pair of boots from your website, I have to let you know that I was blown away by your Customer Service. I ordered my usual size, but after wearing the boots, I realized they were just not going to work. I hesitantly called and asked if there was any possible way I could exchange them for a larger size. Your associate was so kind and gracious, overnighting me the next half size larger. I was completely blown away. I am currently an employee of a large retail company known for great customer service, but this deserves great kudos as well.
