Hello, I want to express how impressed I was with the Zappos salesperson who referred me to another site where I might be able to find the sports shoe that was out of stock at Zappos as I was unable to wait for them to arrive. That willingness to help a customer, even at Zappos' expense, will guarantee my return to your website in the future.
