Thank you so much for getting back to me so promptly. I will look forward to receiving the return label in the mail and will return the Ecco Mary Janes as soon as I receive it. I really appreciate the courtesy you have extended to me and realize that it is not your normal policy. I will be much more careful in the future and preserve the original packaging in case I need to return something. Zappos is a great company and I enjoy shopping there.
