A couple of weeks ago I purchased some shoes that just did not work out for me because my orthotics did not fit in them, so I e-mailed your customer service and asked for help finding shoes that would work. I received a very helpful reply and returned the two pair I couldn't use and purchased two more. I was very pleased with the customer service and speed of return processing and shipping time.
