I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
