I just want to say good job guys. What a great website and I am truly amazed at the service and speediness of the site. Everything I heard about this company is 100% true, whether it was from a friend or a work meeting that I was at earlier in the week that said Zappos has the #1 customer service team ever assembled, it's all true! I am always looking for brand new sneakers/shoes and I will no longer shop anywhere else but Zappos.com! Everything from the web layout to the checkout to getting my shoes not even 36 hrs later (I placed an order at 11PM on Tuesday 5/5/09 and received my sneakers Thursday 5/7/09 at 10:56AM) was flawless! So kudos Zappos and I can't wait to buy again! Steve F.
