To Whom it May Concern, I am not one to write letters to companies unless I have a serious concern or customer service issue, and I have to say, this is only the 3rd letter I have ever written to a company. That being said, I hope at least someone reads this message! I have been a loyal Zappos customer for more than 4 years, and I just have to say I am absolutely FLOORED by the customer service. I know the emails I get with my orders are automated, but the fact that almost every order I have placed has been upgraded to overnight shipping (even though I KNOW this is not just a special policy) and I get an email the next day notifying me of that always makes me appreciate your company so much more. I applaud Zappos people for doing what they do, being passionate about what they do, but most of all, for making my experience with the company top notch EVERY time I have had an experience, be it if I like what I ordered or not! So thank you to the entire staff at Zappos for doing what you do with excellence, passion, and integrity.
