You are very welcome for the kind words... I have told my friends and family and will continue to do so. It is strange but we were recently talking about how sad it is that customer service in most retail stores has gotten so poor. It just seems most places don't care if you are satisfied or not. I once again not tell you how much I appreciate you folks taking such good care of me. Also I will let them know how easy and inexpensive it is to return products that don't work out. That was one of my concerns; what if I don't like it in person or a particular brand needs a slightly different size. You folks make it is to try things and return rather than being concerned if you don't like it your stuck with it. How wonderful. No more hassles of the mall for me. Oh yea and on top of the service the shoes are beautiful and can hardly wait to wear them to my son's wedding. I will let you know how many compliments I get while wearing them...
