I've been at the mercy of retailers to decide whether they carry anything over a size 10. Incredible selection in all styles, sizes, and widths, and I do mean ALL. Free shipping both ways, easiest return process I've ever seen, 24/7 customer service, and really, really fast delivery! On occasion, there have been some Saturday nights when online retail shoe therapy seemed like a fine idea (especially after a glass of wine or two). They shipped out on Sunday and I kid you not - in most cases arrived at work by Monday or Tuesday at the latest! How’s that for immediate gratification? Nearly all styles have customer reviews that are as helpful as the shoe description in deciding what to order, what to pass on, and what size to order. I've only purchased shoes, but Zappos has expanded into clothes, accessories, and other stuff as well, but their core product is shoes and LOTS of them.
