I know people are always singing your praises but we really, really mean it!
I just felt I had to tell you what a great job you guys do. I ordered these shoes Tuesday night and by the time I got home from work on WEDNESDAY they were already there!! I hadn't expected them to get here so quickly since the free shipping times were originally?3-5 days, which I was ok with. But then I got an email saying the shipping was being upgraded for free!! Now that they're here I get to show my new shoes off this weekend!! The shoes are just wonderful - I absolutely love them.... even better than pictured. I'm always so pleased with Zappos and their service, even when I have a return or a problem. I was having a horrible day until I saw the shoes at my door. Shoes are a cure for depression, you know ;) Keep up the great work and we'll keep the positive feedback coming!
