I just want to say that I am very satisfied w/ my order. I placed my order at 4:30pm Pacific Time and immediately the following day, UPS was already knocking on our door to deliver my shoes. Unfortunately, my shoes are 1/2 inch smaller than the reported size, so I called Customer Service at 8:30 pm Pacific Time for an exchange. The following day, the replacement/exchange shoes were delivered to our house at 3pm - less than 24 hours turn around. I am very satisfied with the quick delivery, ease of exchange, and top-notch customer service… and my credit card was not even charged twice for the exchange while the shoes I am returning is in transit.
