Dear Zappos, I have to say thanks for providing such a wonderful service. Just when I thought my experience with Zappos couldn’t get better, I had to call and return a pair of shoes, to which I have to say was the easiest, most delightful experience I’ve ever encountered with an online ordering company. My phone representative was absolutely amazing, how helpful and eager she was to make sure my order was correctly taken care of.
