 |  | I am sure you get a ton of these types of emails on a daily basis. I just want to express what a great consumer experience I had shopping at Zappos. Long story short, I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big and I called to inquire about an exchange. The conversation was brief and I was provided return shipping information and told the shipment would be sent the next day. I received my shoes the next day at 10am, much to my amazement. Totally shocked, I immediately researched Zappos to figure out what kind of business model Zappos uses. I am hooked. I just finished reading case studies online about your company. What a cool company. I have been telling everyone I know. I called Zappos today to get your email address because I am so impressed. I'm in software sales, so I always take note of how businesses serve their customers as it is one of our greatest challenges. On a side note, I was looking for a particular fleece that I couldn't find anywhere locally (Cincinnati). I resorted to ordering at another website. They have shipped the wrong color on two separate occasions. I am leaving for a ski trip and I was pressed to have it over-night. I had to be pushed to a manager to get approval. What a contrast in service. It seems so simple. Makes me wonder why a company selling outdoor apparel can't use the same methods to be as effective as Zappos? Keep up the good work.
