I recently ordered a sandal that would have been impossible to obtain here in South Dakota (they are just learning to spell the word Birkenstock), so was ecstatic to order it and have it arrive at my door (FREE shipping no less) within 4 days of its order. I was sooo happy! Unfortunately they were the wrong size and obtained a FREE return shipping label off your website (you know all this) within minutes. You offered to email me when my size arrived at your warehouse. I did not believe it would happen before winter set in again, so I looked at many other websites for the size and style I needed (no one, by the way, offered as good a deal as you, which you also know). I placed an order with company X at a higher price and more complicated return policy. The next day I received your email stating that the size and style I wanted was in. I am so impressed with your eagerness to please and your service. I apologize for doubting your service, I have already placed my order with company X and wish I had waited just a few more hours! Many thanks for what should have been a wonderful encounter, but I will return!!! In the meantime, I will tell all my friends about your great service - most of my friends are my age (56) and hesitate to use this type of media.
