I recently purchased a pair of Keen Napa shoes. My initial order was for 2 pairs, as I was unsure which size would be the correct one. I found the return process extremely easy, and was able to return the pair which was too large. I am in love with the pair I kept. I received them in the mail approximately 2 weeks ago, and have chosen to wear them almost everyday since. The fit, quality and comfort are fabulous. They are "true to size". Additionally, they are waterproof. I would highly recommend the Keen Napa. (I have two other pairs of Keen shoes, not purchased from Zappos & therefore they are a little too large, because I could not get my small size at the retailer, and they are not as comfortable.) I will definitely order more shoes from Zappos!
