Dear Zappos, You definitely have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Your selection of shoes and sizes is phenomenal. I wear between a women's 11 and 12 and you actually have an 11.5. My boys both wear a size 14 and my husband a 13, and we never have a problem finding fasionable shoes… but your free and fast delivery is incredible. I ordered a pair of shoes last night online and I received them today for free delivery. I will never go to a shoe or department store again. Those stores never have my size and I have to drive all over to find my size. Your prices are higher, but well worth it and I am willing to pay for your great service.
