I know people are typically more likely to write when things go wrong so I wanted to take this time to let you know when things go right. EVERY experience I have had with ordering shoes from Zappos has been absolutely AWESOME!!! The site is easy to use, returns are super easy, and customer service is phenomenal!!! The last opportunity I had to speak with cust. serv., the rep was super friendly and helpful. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better, the rep. invited me to be a VIP!!! It's amazing that I can order shoes today and receive them tomorrow without shipping charges. I can't thank you enough!!! I tell everyone I can about Zappos.
