 |  | I ordered shoes and boots for my son, my 2 daughters and for me. My son's shoes arrived in the middle of the day even though I had ordered them at 8pm the night before. Amazing! (I had
made 3 trips to Stride Rite trying to get him shoes and they didn't have his size in anything he liked). My daughters' boots arrived right away and they have been happily wearing them for 2 weeks. Me? Well, I'm a fool and ordered my boots from one of your competitors. I placed my order on Dec. 18. Records show the order wasn't billed and shipped until Dec. 23. Scheduled arrival isn't until Jan. 4. Unbelievably lame. Zappos, you continually blow me away with your superb customer service, great selection, and fair prices. I've had to return items that are the wrong size and the return process is so simple (and free!) that it makes shopping for shoes more fun at home than it is at the stores. Please, please never change your great service and policies!! Thank you.
