Gorgeous boots, fit well, high quality! I cannot say enough about these boots. I get compliments every time I wear them; they are beautiful and really well-made. I have them in the walnut color which is really classy looking; I'd highly recommend that. The heels on this shoe are really nice, too. These may seem pricey, but they are well worth it because they make an impression. I haven't seen anything else like them; they are amazing boots! Very comfortable, too!

This is a great company to purchase from. Service was quick and easy. No problems. The shoes are a bit tight in the toes. But I do have a problem with my feet swelling. I would purchase from this company again.

I was looking for tall flat boots for the past 2 years and never have found any pair that really fit me or I like. Recently, I saw this pair of boots that picked out by Rachel Zoe on a magazine. Then, I went online to check whether Zappos has it. Sure enough, they have it! I bought and prayed it would fit me. When the boots arrived, I tried it on and it fit perfectly and I love it! I had been looking for this type of boot in brown, but could not find what I was looking for. I have never ordered from Zappos but have browsed their site. The boots arrived very quickly even though I chose standard shipping. They are just what I was looking for. I bought a 1/2 size up from my usual size so I can put on heavier socks. They look great with jeans and cords and the heel is just the right height. I wish they came in red. I would not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

I just received my Ranger boots and I am so thrilled with them. They are fantastic looking with just enough detail to look expensive and stylish, but they are still simple and clean looking. I usually wear a 9, but ordered these in an 8.5 and I believe I made the right decision on size.

Wonderfully comfortable shoe, but runs larger than stated "size 10" so they may be great for a size 10 1/2 foot or a foot wider than M. The front "foot bed" is comfortable and not restricting. However, I like to wear thick socks with loafers and this works out perfectly. Walked about 1/2 mile in them on city streets and my feet still felt great! Well crafted shoes that don't feel like they'll break down in 3 months. I wear them to work under slacks; they look very clean and professional and are still comfortable. The style is a "no frills" look, so if you desire something a little dressier and more feminine, these may not be what you are looking for.

I have been on a hunt for a pair of brown boots to wear with skirts. I didn't think I had particularly skinny calves, but it has been hard to find a pair of boots without too big a shaft. I am returning these boots for this reason. The calves are too big; I look like a little girl wearing rain boots. The brown color is perfect, the leather nice. I love the style, too. If you have wider calves, these could be your boot! I am sad to send them back! The hunt continues!

Very pretty shoe. The slightly distressed leather is a little twist on a very conservative design. Unlike with other Franco Sarto shoes, this one is a little tight at the widest part of the foot, right behind the toes, but the leather is soft and will, I think, mold to fit my foot better after a few wearings.

I love this boot. It is super comfortable, super cute and goes well with casual or dressy outfits. It's the perfect boot for tights and short skirts. I'm a huge Franco Sarto fan, and he delivered once again. I have skinny calves, so liked that the shaft of the boot is a bit narrower than some. However, over time the shaft has been sinking a bit, and that's annoying. The buckle at the top snaps on and off easily when you want to zip it up or down. The snap is so well hidden that I did not realize this as first and was unbuckling it, which is a hassle, so note the snap! I noted this in my ratings; boots seem to feel bigger than marked, and this boot is slightly narrower in the foot/toe than I expected. Even so I can wear these all day they are so comfortable!

I just love these shoes. They are very comfortable to wear and go with a lot of my wardrobe. I did have to purchase a 9 1/2 instead of a 9 which I usually wear. I cannot say enough of the customer service at Zappos. I have never had any problems with a purchase or returns through Zappos. Thank you so much for all your terrific customer service.

I also bought this bag as my "going to work" bag, and it has the perfect compartments for everything I need, and is very comfortable to wear, but I've only owned it about 4 or 5 months and it's already started to fall apart. The lining is flimsy and has ripped all along the bottom, and the fake leather on the handles has started to peel away. Not durable enough for an everyday bag.

This is my first Franco purchase and I love this shoe! I travel a lot for business and am always running from airport to airport and am on my feet all day. I refuse to wear flats because I need the height (I'm only 5'4"). My heel needs to be stylish, comfortable, but not too high. Just perfect!

I love these shoes. Normally I buy at DSW or at Macy's, but I have not been able to find them in over a year. Imagine my joy to find them on Zappos and they shipped them to me overnight! These shoes are comfortable and I typically get a year to 18 months out of them. Within a few wearings they mold to my foot.

These boots are gorgeous! Beautiful leather and style, very nice looking. Only problem is that the calves are extremely small. I am 5\'4 and 125 lbs and my body is average, but the calves did not fit me, and unfortunately I had to make the return.

I bought this purse in a burnt orange color and love it! It is a beautiful color with lots of compartments. It has a large zipper enclosure in the middle for my wallet and important materials, with 2 open compartment on the sides. These compartments have dividers in the lining for my phone, MP3, etc. and there is a small zipper enclosure for lipstick, etc. The front has a magnetic clasp compartment in case you need more. The back another zipper compartment, and the sides have open pocket for easy access to sunglasses etc. Plus it come with an umbellera and wallet. The lining could be cuter, but it is ok. Needless to say I have yet to fill it and I think by the time I did it would be too heavy to carry. It is very stylish and not bulky for the amount it holds. The strap is a great length, easy to put over the shoulder but not dragging behind you. 5 stars!

Great shoes! Franco Sarto is one of my faves. These are cute with dressy work slacks when I don\'t want to wear heels. They rubbed a bit on top the first couple of times I wore them, but they\'re fine now.

I ordered several ankle boots from Zappos and although the Franco Sarto was the cheapest, it was by far the most comfortable and had the best fit. Very cute shoe - looks great with dark jeans. Extremely comfortable. Great service from Zappos.

 |  | Wow. I placed an order online in Seattle yesterday at 2pm and this morning before I finished my first cup of coffee a UPS guy was standing in front of me with my shoes. I was going to ask if he had a shoehorn and could put my shoes on, because it was almost like being in a shoe store it was so fast. And best of all, it was free shipping.
