Very chic heel! I ordered a 9.5, which is what I usually wear in Franco, although I think I could have sized down a half size, but then those might have been a little tight, quite the dilemma. I think with some insoles they'll be just perfect! They go great with everything. I ordered the brown, and they are a little darker than the picture, but actually the shade I prefer. They are nice & sturdy for winter weather without sacrificing style, and a good price!

These are the most comfortable boots ever! I bought a pair for all three of my daughters for Christmas. After wearing high heeled boots for years, these are amazingly comfortable and stylish I love all the Franco Sarto boots!

Great boots, and as always, my feet are a bit wide and I am a huge fan of the Franco Sarto brand. The leather quality was excellent (didn't look like plastic or cheap leather), very smooth, and I really loved the metal detailing. Looks even better than it does in the picture. However, I am sending them back because the boot shaft unfortunately was too tight for me (I am a normal sized person, though not skinny, am 5'6" and 135 lbs). If you have skinny calves these will definitely be the boot for you! So sad to let these go, but I will keep looking!

I was a bit put off initially by the elastic band down the side and almost didn't order, but am glad I did. They are a great color, foot shape is elegant, and they're very comfortable. I'm a size 9 and they fit true to size.

This order was the second order I made with Zappos, and I have been very pleased with their service. Both orders were promptly mailed to me, and I received them in a timely fashion. These are lovely and comfortable shoes. I have the blue; a very nice true blue. They look great. I have received many compliments on these shoes. They feel true to size, a little tight at first, but give nicely once warmed up. They have a nice shape to the toe box too; not too cramped.

Franco Sarto Dane turned out to be exactly what I had been searching for in a mid-heel, classic navy pump. Perfect for the office; wear them with skirts and slacks. Can wear all day; however, only "down" side is elastic at top of shoe starts to dig into my foot by mid-afternoon. Very stylish, so I can live with the minor discomfort as the shoe overall makes me smile.

I collect loafers and am always looking for shoes that are both stylish and comfortable. These fit the bill. The color is great. They are not the most stylish shoes I have ever bought, but hey, few loafers are. They felt good right out of the box.

These are the best! True to size. Please do not sell out, ever! I wish another style came with a higher heel. That way I would have one for casual career and one for casual. Until then, these do good for both!

The Franco Sarto Cash go nicely with a Pant Suit. They are a great office shoe especially if you have to be on your feet all day long. There was a brief break in period as when I first tried them on they felt a bit tight, but they loosened up right away and were comfortable from then on. The bottoms are a bit slick, so you have to be careful when you are wearing them for the first couple of times. After that the soles don\'t appear to be too slick.

Love these boots! Runs a half size too big, could maybe be a full size too big, but I didn't want to return the second pair of shoes (plus better a little too roomy than too tight!). Otherwise, cute and comfortable!

I actually found these in a slim catalog that came to my home. When I saw these in the chocolate suede I knew I had to have them. I wanted these to look like tall boots with my boot cut jeans without the hassle of a tall boot under my pants. I love these and they do look like boots when I wear them, but of course with the ease of a slip on. I love these; they look great. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the construction of this shoe as well. I own a clothing/footwear store and I am very picky; these are winners!

The first pair of Franco Sarto shoes I ordered which were the normal size I always order did not fit. But I had worn the shoes. I called Zappos with my dilemma and they not only emailed me a return shipping address label, but sent me a smaller size at no extra cost to me overnight. Wow! What company does that? Zappos is awesome! I will not buy shoes anywhere else in the future.

These are super cute! These might have to be worked in a bit, but they felt good! I have a narrow foot as it is, but these seemed narrow. So if you have wider feet, you could always try them out and send them back if they don't work out.

I purchased these shoes as my something blue for my wedding ceremony. I ordered a half-size larger than my normal size and that turned out to be a good decision because the shoes fit nicely. I ordered by phone and my Zappos sales representative was courteous, professional, and helpful. My shoes were delivered promptly and actually arrived one day earlier than expected. I wanted a higher heel blue pump, but I'm pleased by how stable this heel feels compared to other pumps I considered. The moderate platform sole adds to the shoe's stability. This shoe is sexy, stylish, and yet comfortable. I expect to wear these shoes all day without any problem.

Great shoes! I love Franco Sarto shoes. Have always had good luck with them. These fit nicely (9.5 B) and look very smart. Beautiful shoes as always with Franco Sarto. A bit lighter brown than expected. Kind of a medium brown rather than a dark brown, but really rich looking. Zappos is great! Fabulous service. Rarely does anything arrive before you expect it, but my shoes did. Keep up the good work.

I love these boots. I have more athletic calves and they fit perfectly! I was a little worried about the height of the heel but it has been okay. The leather is beautiful. It has a casual finish but very high quality. I get compliments on these boots all the time. They complete whatever it is I am wearing. I would definitely buy them again.

This is the second pair of these shoes I have purchased. I purchased black ones a few months ago and loved them. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. For that reason I chose to buy the brown ones in the same style and they too fit and feel great. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

I probably should have exchanged these boots for a half size smaller. They seem to run a little large. After walking in them a while they do feel as though they bunch a little around the ankles but it doesn\'t actually look that way in a mirror. I absolutely love the style and fit otherwise which is why I was too impatient to wear them to return them for a smaller size when I bought them. They\'re very comfortable and I can easily spend a whole day on my feet wearing these without problems. I also love the detail at the cuff. I would definitely recommend these boots to other shoppers but would advise buying them a half size smaller than usual.
