Great for thick calves &/or ankles! These actually are roomy in the ankle, meant for scrunching down the boot for another look. Great fit if you have thick ankles and/or calves. Real comfortable heel height. I learned that boots are better ordered 1/2 size bigger. That's what I did; perfect fit!

Love this shoe. This is my second pair in black. After wearing out the first pair, I thought I would try a new brand. Well, a year later I had found nothing close and I had to come back. Perfect for any occasion, these shoes are comfortable for the height and look amazing. No need to waste any time looking for a better black heel; this is it!

Wow! This shoe is hot and it looks very sexy on. It felt very true to size and width. It is in a gorgeous brown suede. There is not a lot of arch support, but that's not what your buying this shoe for! They are very easy to walk in considering the high heel. Zappos, you guys are awesome. I love the super fast shipping and great service.

This is a beautiful shoe! I have to say, a picture doesn't do it justice. As soon as I placed these shoes on my feet, they were a perfect fit! I literally fell in love! I started envisioning my whole 30th birthday dress search around this particular shoe (I turn 30 in a few weeks). Not only was a 4 inches taller, slimmer, but I was sexier; I sashayed throughout my office and was complimented as I walked by every cubicle! I even found 4 wonderful dresses that go great with these shoes! Guess and Zappos have done it again! I'll look beautiful for this upcoming milestone celebration. Satisfied Zappos Customer for Life!

This is my first review, only because these shoes are spectacular! They felt like a custom shoe from the start and look great too. I suggest sizing up because the fit is small. I have narrow foot.

Disappointed in these, and I am a huge fan of Guess shoes. They are hard as a rock inside, it was like there was no padding at all and the ball of your foot is hitting solid wood every time you step. Ow ow wow ow. I am an 11 (12 in flats sometimes) and the 11 was a no go for me. Pinched in the toe, and Guess 11s usually work for me. These are already on their way back to UPS.

Ugh! This clutch looks like it was made for someone supernatural, a giant. I can't believe how huge this bag is. It is larger than my large tote purse. You must review the measurements before ordering this one. If it were 70 percent smaller, I would love this clutch. Actually, clutch is the wrong word to describe this product.

Great handbag! Looks gorgeous and is pretty well made. It is the perfect size and I get lots of compliments on it. The only downside is that the shoulder strap is very long. If you choose to use it, the strap will hit your leg about mid-thigh.

Love these shoes! They are so hot. And no so bad to walk in. Like most shoes, it takes about one wear to break them in, but after that they can be super comfortable to wear. These look great with a simple black dress or dressed down with a pair of jeans. I've gotten tons of compliments on them.

I got this purse for my birthday and it is a lot bigger than the picture reveals. I love everything about this bag, the quality, the look. One thing I don't like is how flimsy it is. When I set it down on the counter, it is so flimsy and it doesn't stay put. That is something that really bothers me, but other than that, it's perfect!

I love this shoe! I've been looking for a ballet shoe with a little bit of heel to wear with some of my slightly longer jeans to keep things casual. They are slightly tight on the heel the first day but very comfortable since. I just wish they had more color options than black and gold.

The gold sparkle woven into the material of this shoe is not evident from the picture, but it is very striking. It is very understated and adds a high level of glam! This is a very sexy shoe you can dress up or down in! It seems to be a comfortable shoe. The buckles are in the right place and they don't hurt my toes. Even my size 11 feet look sleek and sexy! I love this one!

Higher Heel Than Described!
This is a super-cute, very sexy shoe, but beware, I ordered a 9.5 and the heel was actually 5 1/4" high, not the 4 1/4" described on the Zappos page. This may be due to the note about measurements taken on a size 6, but I didn't realize the heel height would vary that much.

Don't know where to begin. Well, I am a VIP shopper, and I love Zappos. So I was looking for over the knee boots for a while, so after reading all the reviews on these boots, I've decided to order them. Seriously, they look good on the picture and all, I've put them on, didn't feel right, but the most importantly I couldn't get them out for like 5 minutes. Maybe it's just my feet. I am normal, medium width, not very skinny calf, and not fat calf. I don't know, but I've decided to return them.

Non-leather; I am so happy that this bag is made of synthetic leather! At home at second glance it looked like leather! This handbag is bigger than I expected! I thought that, because of the price, this bag would be small. I don't like big bags because I only carry a few little things. But this bag is a good mid-size bag in my opinion: not too big, not too small. I bought the berry color and on my monitor it really looks like a bright red color, but it's not. It's a rosy red, a more subdued shade of red. But I have to say I really like this color: it's feminine and it can go with a lot of my clothes. This handbag looks like it cost a lot more than I paid for it. The only thing I could complain about is that it's not so easy to get inside the purse because you have to go through a magnetic snap closure and a zipper. And after you open the zipper the magnetic closure snaps back again, but I can handle that, no problem, because this bag is so gorgeous!

I have these ankle boots in black suede and black leather. I love that the neck of the boot hugs my foot so I can wear them with skinny jeans and leggings. They can even be worn with a slim skirt or a fitted dress. They are comfortable and they look great. I can walk/stand/dance in them without any discomfort. Best ankle boot I've seen and I am really picky when it comes to shoes. These are chic and classy, but not trendy. They can be worn for years to come. You'll get your money's worth.

I was looking for a nice pair of comfy heels that I could wear on Christmas Eve where I will be walking and standing for a few hours. The picture shows a nice pair of comfy looking shoes with cushioning and a rubber sole. I ordered a 9.5M and I am usually between a 9 or 10 depending on the brand.\r\n\r\nWhen I received them (after I click the mouse I feel they\'re at the door already, thank you Zappo\'s!) they weren\'t as nice as the picture but they looked rather clunky. There wasn\'t much cushioning in the footbed and the sole wasn\'t rubber at all, but rather a hard plastic mould. The heel was large and hollow with hardly any grip. I tried to walk in them and they made an unattractive, hard, hollow clunk noise and not a nice click clack. I found the front of the shoe to be very narrow and I do not have a wide foot. The back was ok. I had read the other reviews saying how comfortable they were after hours of wearing, but I couldn\'t wait to get out of them after a few minutes. As with ordering any shoes, you have to go with your gut and not other reviews. If you order them try a half size larger.

They are sexy, comfortable and stylish. I could walk 10 miles in them and I rarely wear heels. I get compliments every time I wear them. If you are looking for a pair of boots to wear with jeans, skirt or dress these are IT! I\'d buy them again if given the chance. They are HOT!!!! I\'d give it 10 stars if that was an option.

After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off.
