I purchased the silver shoes in this style in size 8 from a store, only tried on the left shoe (was in a hurry). They are so cute. Got home and the right shoe was a little tight. Ordered the 8 1/2 in the blue from this site. Got it and the right shoe feels tighter than the 8. So now I have 2 pairs of shoes in the same style that are too tight on one foot.

The shoes are gorgeous! I am very satisfied with the purchase. I have not worn them long term yet, as I am still trying to break them in, but once broken in I am sure they will be comfortable, too. They are very high, you definitely need experience walking in heels.

These shoes are so cute, got so many compliments, but they are uncomfortable; felt like I was walking on wood. Very deep arch, which is okay if the heel height is of the equivalent but not in this case! Slightly narrow. Other than that the shoe is fine!

These shoes are gorgeous! The picture does them no justice. I saw them in a department store while looking for a pair of black patent point pumps (still haven't found a pair), and fell in love with them. They didn't have my size so I came home and ordered them. Dumb me, not from Zappos, so I had to wait forever for them to come in, but I got them a little cheaper on Cyber Monday. I wore them the day they came in, to our office Xmas party and got tons of compliments. I got them in the silver. If you're on the fence, do it, you won't regret it, but do it through Zappos so you don't have to wait forever. Not too bad to walk in, a little high for me at first until I got used to them, but I wear Dansko during the day with my kids. Once they're on for a little while, no problem. Had no pain later in the night after hours of wearing them. Ordered my true size of 6.5M. Perfect fit, which can be hard for me sometimes. Love the rubber patch on the bottom so you feel secure on hard floors with every step, no slipping. I am 5.1 so I love high heeled shoes. Just do it!

I have really wide feet and I was surprised how well they fit. They are a little uncomfortable after a while, but I have high arches. I used a Dr. Scholl's insert for heels and now they feel good. I can wear them for about 4-5 hours before my feet start to get tired. Perfect for going out to dinner and I get tons of compliments for them. I think they look better with jeans than a skirt. I tried them with a pencil skirt and it looked okay. I wore them with a pair of Big Star jeans and it looked hot!

The picture shown clearly depicts a great shoe, but when you open the box and see the masterpiece live, it is truly fabulous! Despite the height, it is a very comfortable heel to wear. Every time I wear them, I receive countless compliments and inquiries. I own them in silver, I just may have to ask Santa for a black pair. Love the shoe and Zappos is the best!

Awesome! The picture doesn't do this shoe justice. I ordered it in the Marine color. Outstanding! It's beautiful, comfortable and fits true to size. I could have purchased this shoe from another website on Cyber Monday for less money, but I chose to order it from Zappos because I knew I would have it in my hands in a very short time. Once again, Zappos and Carlos Santana do not disappoint.

Beautiful shoes - I am very happy with these shoes, the pictures do them no justice. I am a size 10 and that is what I ordered, they are a tad bit too big but can be fixed easily. I ordered these at 11:45 pm on a Wed night and picked the free shipping, they were on my doorstep at 11:00 am the following morning!!

I am in love with Zappos! I purchased this shoe in the Gold and in the Reddish Gold tint (not sure of the exact name of color). I love these shoes. I love these boots. They are true to size. I read the reviews about them being 1/2 of inch bigger than normal and ordered the 8.5 instead of the 9. I am so sorry I did that, because they are now looking at me looking beautiful and I have got to wait and do an exchange. Can't wait to get the right size.

Comfortable and stylish at the same time. Heel is not so high that they are hard to walk in, but still high enough to look stylish. They curve up a little bit in the front which adds a young and flirty look.

Really hot boots. I bought these a few weeks ago in what's called Blue Leopard. Actually, the main color is more purple, so I only recommend if you're looking for that color. But these are really hot boots. I am rather slender, and they zip up snug on my leg, but still can be worn over skinny jeans. So far, I've worn them out to clubs twice and I couldn't be happier. Also, I wear a size 10, so I'm self-conscious about shoes not looking too big, and these don't. Not sure why, but I think maybe because of the indented platform, which is a nice fashion touch anyway. Heel on size 10 measures just a bit over 4 3/4", and the platform is actually only 3/4" Arch support is good. I give 5 stars for comfort putting in perspective how other very high heeled boots can be. Very happy!

I absolutely love these boots. First of all I have slender legs and these boots fit my legs perfectly. The 1" platform and cushioned footbed make the boot extremely comfortable to wear. The animal print sets these boots apart from others; however, the animal print is not flamboyant. I will wear these for a night on the town as well as to work.

I wanted to love these boots. They have the greatest look, but they are killers. The arch support was off so all your weight is on the balls of your feet. Cushions did not help. I tried them on with arch supports, ball cushions, and no relief. The heel was not too high. I wear this height all the time. I had to give up and mail them back. Very disappointed because the look is fabulous.

Beautiful boots! I just got those boots today and absolutely am in love with them! I accidentally ordered them in 6,5 even though I'm 7 and they fit perfectly; I even have a little room so I'd have to say they run half a size larger. I'm 5'2'' and they make my legs look very long and they also fit perfectly on my calves and it's very hard for me to find calf-fitted boots. They do look a little bulky, but that's the rock-chic style. The leather does feel a little stiff, but I think it'll soften up with time. They do feel comfy, but I still haven't worn them outside. When people say they look cheap, well, they are cheap, but still good-looking and comfortable shoes. For this money you get what you pay for. So don't expect nothing extraordinary. If you want amazing looking shoes you have to be ready to spend at least $800. I am not ready to do that this year, so I am sticking with cheaper that are still good boots.

Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply
