Looks and feels cheap -
I ordered a half size up and still did not have enough room in the toe box. This shoe did not accommodate my orthotics. I felt no support. The shiny trim makes the shoe look like it's made of plastic.

Since the Frankenclyde has long since ended production, I needed a different pair of suede casual Pumas, so I bought these. Oddly, while many people here have mentioned these shoes running small, I've had the opposite problem. I generally wear a size 12 or 13 depending on brand, and Pumas are usually 12s. My size 12 Frankenclydes and all other size 12 Pumas I've had fit perfectly, so I ordered Suedes in 12s also. For whatever reason, these Suedes seem to be a lot longer than 12s. It may be partially due to the very rounded toe of the Suedes, but it honestly seems like the shoes are just way too long to be 12s. I almost wonder if I got a factory error, and my pair are actually 13s that got the wrong tag sewn on. They seem at least half a size too large, if not a full size. Still, in the end, these are comfortable, stylish shoes that look especially good in ribbon red. My only real complaint, besides the size, is that the tongues of these shoes just refuse to stay put.

I bought these shoes years ago and they were perfect so I bought the same size again and I hate them. They are longer and narrower and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend them at all. I hate the way my feet look in them, and the others which were the same size and style were comfortable and cute!

These were for my almost 10 year-old daughter. She has worn several pairs of similar Pumas over the past few years and they've always been her favorite for comfort (she has a slightly wide foot, and the cut of the shoe works well). This particular style is more basic and slightly less fun than the pastel sueded ones she's worn, but they also are holding up a little better. They took virtually no breaking in, were comfy from the get go. Then there's Zappos' wonderful service, need I say more?

Guys, these shoes are designed to fit like a glove! They will definitely feel tight when you first get them, even uncomfortable to some. But they are made to mold to your foot and will fit perfectly soon enough (mine took about a day). They still are snug, but they are made that way. If you have a normal to wide foot (like mine) and don't like the "second skin" feel these are made to have, order a half size larger and they will fit like a normal shoe. I constantly get compliments from people about these shoes, the red version really makes a statement!

Awesome shoe! I was a little nervous at first because there was no review that I could find. Lightweight, comfortable, amazing arch support. It feels like there's enough room for my comfort soles. The lining is soft and cozy. There's no mesh, so it does well in the rain (I wore these in the rain yesterday and my feet stayed dry). Yet, the material is thinner and will do well in Florida summers. Plenty of toe room. I normally wear a 9.5 to 10. I bought these in a 10 and they're true to the size. My only issue is that the lip on the heel kind of rubs the wrong way, but it's only on my smaller foot. Other foot is just fine. This will probably improve with more wear. I'm about to wear these on a trip to New York in December, so I'll see how they hold up in the cold weather. My first time buying Puma brand and on Zappos. Very satisfied. Will buy again.

This is a great bag and it's really comfortable to wear. My 17" laptop is just a tad big for it and, while I can get it in the bag, it won't go in the laptop pocket. I think this bag is best for people with 15" or smaller laptops. That being said, I carry my 17" laptop, a few folders and binders and other miscellaneous school things and it all fits fine. Also the bag is nice-looking and it seems like it's very good quality (I've had it for about a month so far and haven't had any problems).

These are perfect weight for 40 degree runs. The waist does move up or unfold some and starts creeping up a little bit and there is no cotton gusset sewn in. Why do they keep making running tights without the crotch gusset? I am 5'9" usually wear size 4 and I ordered small. Good fit.

Love these trainers. First had a pair as a teen in the eighties growing up in Glasgow, Scotland. Looked great then, and still look great now. They're a classic. Couldn't believe my luck when I found out they were still available. I'd go a half size larger on the length. Service from Zappos, like the style of the trainers, is second to none. Go on, get a pair of GV's!

I wasn't sure if I liked these at first, but I wore them a few times and really grew to like them. I think they began to fit my foot better after a few wears. Also, be careful of the pink; it definitely gets dirty! But I don't mind because the original pink is really bright.

I have the Limestone Gray/Jasmine pair and they look great. They are a little stiff and the tongue sits a little higher than expected on the foot, but they are still a comfortable shoe.

I should have trusted the other reviews and not bought these shoes. Although they are super cute, they are incredibly narrow. They also run small. My three year old is very thin for his age and these are still too narrow for him. When he put them on, we could barely get the straps to reach across to the velcro where they should attach. These are the slimmest shoes I have ever seen for toddlers. I think we are going to stick with the Tsukihoshi Euros which we have bought religiously now since he started walking.

We haven't gotten through an entire season of soccer yet, but these seem perfectly serviceable. Comfortable says my daughter, no need to be broken in, and the fit was accurate. Good value. The best thing is, of course, that we could order them and get them so quickly, as she neglected to tell me she was growing out of her old cleats until right before soccer practice!

I love these shoes with one exception. The tongue on the right shoe seems to wiggle its way down. Midway through the day I'll look down and see that the tongue has gathered at the base of the laces. It kinda looks like a speed bump. This does not happen with the left shoe. Other than that, I think these shoes are great. Super comfy, cute and goes with almost everything casual.

I really love these shoes. They are a snug fit, which I need for a foot that is between regular and narrow, but they're not too narrow. They are a good looking shoe, sharp for a sport shoe. Really cute for the size I wear (big). I really recommend them and find them to be very comfortable.

I'm impressed. I ordered my shoes at 6:15 PM and they were outside my garage door the next morning, with free shipping. My order taker was warm, professional, and efficient. I am a 60 year old tennis player and got these for sports car driving and light dress up. I was an 11 1/2 all my life but moved up to mostly size 12 in many applications some years ago. Out of the box the right shoe just fit. Left was fine. Width was good, but I probably don't have a wide foot. I went out to run some errands and, after 2 hours, they had broken in beautifully. I'm guessing that people who had fitment issues may have wider feet than me. I think I am going to like these better than my Nike Frees for driving. Firmer sole.
