Great right out of the box. No "break in" time needed. Plenty of cushioning and support. Overall, I think this shoe is a real find. It looks as good, or better than, other higher priced golf shoes I've seen in brick and mortar stores. My previous golf shoes were FootJoys, but I'll happily replace them now with these.

These shoes were a great fit right out of the box, comfortable for walking around the course. They\'re fairly waterproof, which is good since I play a lot in the early morning. I\'d definitely buy them again.

No break-in required; I bought a 1/2 size larger as that's what the reviews said. And it worked. Very very comfortable; worth the price and better than my $150 pairs of old.

Never liked wearing a golf shoe because it anchored me too much to the ground when I would swing and would bother my hips. Thought I would try a golf shoe again at age 70, and this one is a good compromise, not like the non-forgiving metal spiked golf shoes. It has helped my game. I wear nothing else on the golf course now.

I love these golf shoes. They offer so much stability and support they are really great. I've played with them in some very wet conditions and they really keep my feet dry. My experience with most Adidas shoes is that they run narrower and/or smaller than most other brands. In other words, if you're on the fence order the larger size with Adidas.

The first time I put these shoes on I played the Irish and Straits course in Kohler, WI. If you know anything about those courses, they have a lot of uneven terrain. Well, my golf game didn\'t fare as well as my shoes. My feet felt great and I would recommend these shoes to any golfer!

I heard good things about the original Powerband 1.0. So when 2.0 came out, I just have to try it. I am happy I did! The shoes are very comfortable and stable, which gives me more confidence in my swing.

These are great. I think they’re described as water resistant rather than water proof, but they did a great job in the morning dew. I haven’t tried them in the rain (mostly because I don’t play in the rain!). They’re very comfortable, even on the first wear. Great for the price for sure. Unless you have to have the Callaway name or whatever, stick with these!

I bought the 2.0 because the original is no longer produced. I liked the original - my first pair of Adidas golf shoes - as I walk as often as possible. However, after only a month - maybe 6-8 rounds - the sock liner on the back of the footbed (directly below my achilles tendon) has worn through to the plastic innards of the shoe. Very disappointing...should not wear out in less than a month.

The best for the price or even much more $$$, hands down a steal! Bought these just for putting around yard etc. and now wearing them full time for golf! Zappos standard delivery is outstanding and as always they’re only about 12 hours slower than walking into an actual store and buying! Comfort on these awesome! As for size, as in ALL Adidas footwear they run like 1/2 size smaller/tight. Suggest 1/2 size up. My foot is a perfect 12, I got the 12 1/2 and with cushy socks it's a perfect fit for all day on the links!

All around a great pair of shoes.
These shoes not only look great; they feel great as well. Just keep in mind tennies run a half size smaller then regular shoes, that is why I say they run true to size. I have to say that Zappos is the only way to go for styles, sizes, service, and convenience. I can't believe how fast I received these shoes; it was the next day. I wear a EE-width, and can never find a good looking pair of shoes in EE, but with Zappos I can.

Inexpensive and good golf shoe -
I’ve only been out on the course twice with these shoes, and - apart from the need to break them in, they are comfortable and flexible. They also look good, with ample cleats and good support while playing.

Best Golf Shoes Ever!
These replaced a pair of 2 year old Footjoy's. This is the only pair of adidas shoes that fit my foot. The other adidas golf shoes, powerband and tour 360 are quite narrow in the forefoot. The driver prima has more room in the forefoot, so if you like a bit more room up front, don't wear pointy-toed shoes, or have a bit of a wide foot, these are the golf shoes for you.

Very pleased with purchase -
I didn't think I'd like the stripes on the side, that it wouldn't be comfortable, that it was too white and dirt wouldn't come out of it, and that it wasn't waterproof. Yet I bought it based on the reviews I read and I am pleased that I bought them. They are very, very comfortable. I wore them the next day for a golf league day and my feet didn't suffer at all. They are definitely waterproof. I golf in Southeast Alaska and there is lots of rain, puddles and general muck. No water got into the shoes at all. I was even able to use water to get the grass out of the spikes and still no water in the shoes. I like the stripes. They're eye catching in a good way. Even though they're white, the dirt comes off it very easily. Also there's lots of room in the toe box area. But it felt weird with my orthotics so I'm not able to use them with this shoe.

I bought these shoes a half size larger, and I am glad I did. I wear a size 11 and sometimes need a wide, but these did not have a wide. If you have one foot longer than the other be cautious, since my one foot is very close and tight. Lots of support, which I needed for a new exercise routine which includes boxing moves, side to side and dance movements. These help stabilize this heavy body! As always great service with Zappos!

Tons of compliments. I almost sent them back because everything is synthetic which I somehow hadn’t expected, but then I thought, you know, they are cute and for this price, who cares? I won’t worry if something happens to them, etc. Now, if something happens to them, I will be extremely upset. I love these little shoes- they are so part of my summer. I wear them EVERYWHERE. Because they are synthetic, I don’t worry about spilling stuff, getting them wet w/ smelly salt water, or dirty because I can hose ‘em off. I get so many compliments, I love it & I wear them in an 11. I am rough on them and there has been no damage done! I think people assume they have real turquoise, but unless mid-conversation you drop to me feet, they aren’t really ever going to know unless I tell them!

I have bought almost all Adidas footwear since 2001 and haven't been dissatisfied with a single purchase. I have tried other brands like Nike, Reebok, and off brands and always found that the shoes either disintegrated after a year or were just plain uncomfortable. Adidas seems to have done it again with their Beacon golf shoes. Buying footwear is not an easy task for me because of my unusual sizing. I can wear certain size 11 oxfords, but I must use size 12 athletic sneakers. In the case of the Beacon, I found that it was sized similar to athletic sneakers, so I went with size 12 regular width. The upper is very soft and flexible, while the sole is comfortable and flexes easily.

I LOVE these shoes. They have a wide toe box for my wide foot, though I didn't need to order a "wide" size to get the perfect fit. They have a silver design near the 3 stripes which is difficult to see in the picture. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but I really do! It makes the shoe a little dressier than a sneaker and looks great with a golf skort and no-show socks. Best golf shoes I've ever worn! Very supportive and waterproof.
