What a great way to please a teenager. A gift card they can use to choose their own boots, shoes, etc. My granddaughter was so thrilled. The boots she choose weren\'t the right size, but thanks to Zappos wonderful cost free exchange she had no problem.

These shoes are amazing!! They are a little tough to break in, and may be uncomfortable for the first few weeks, but if you give them a chance, they will become your favorites. The patent leather makes them dressy enough for dinners out, while they are comfortable enough if you have to be on your feet for many hours. I am a nurse and I would not survive my job without Danskos!! The Marcelle is actually my fourth pair, and since they arrived from Zappos, I have been living in them!

This handbag is sassy, tooling is nice, design is fun. Yes, this is not a scrunchy soft bag, if it were you couldn't do the the hand tooling. Size is good, very open inside with no organizational pockets. So if you need the pockets, this is not the bag for you.

Purchased Heelys for my granddaughter of course, I ordered the wrong size. Zappos was great with the return (very easy) I got replacement shoes the following day! The sizes are a little tricky. Order according to suggestions, a size larger. Thanks Zappos, you did a great job with my order. I will purchase from you again and tell my friends how great you are.

Beautiful necklace. The only downfall is that the tag that says Juciy, people always mistake it as the latch and try to move my necklace so its in the back. It's still worth getting! Very cute!

Gorgeous shoe...I loved it the moment I took it out of the box. ONLY downside.....I should have paid attention to the fact that some reviewers said to order up a size. I normally wear a 9 1/2 so I ordered a size 40 (9 1/2- 10). Unfortunately I had to return them for a 41. My toes butted right up to the ends of the size 40. I had tried on a size 40 Dansko in a different style at a local store and they were perfect. Not sure why the sizing can't be the same through out all dansko's. BUT....Way to cute on and I can't wait to get the 41's.

Adorable bag! Stylish, yet practical! It is the perfect size and has great texture with the leather and canvas. I love the "Keen" touches with the black rubber on the bottom that helps prevent wear and tear. I get comments on the bag every day!

Just received this today and they are everything I was hoping they would be. Hand and wrist warm with full finger functioning. They will come in handy in the early morning photo shoots, where I need to use my hands and fingers and yet get some warmth as well. Nice addition to the Nikon!

I loved these boots. They were simple and elegant and I only wore them 3 times before they started to fall apart. The bottom of the boot, say if you were to stub your toe, was coming apart. The black sole separated from the second layer. I could have super glued them, but since I paid this much, Frye should spend a little more time into craftsmanship to avoid these things. The original campus boot is made much better. The Maxine is just so much more feminine. The black dye on the heel and outer edge of boot also washed off within one use. I live in Washington, rains. Again, not impressed with the quality. Zappos on the other hand is awesome! They will accept returns with no hassle and I can give it another try with a different Frye boot.

Beautiful, but had to return it. I have wide feet and on one I have a bunion and corn. Instantly had great discomfort (felt blisters coming on) due to the bunion and corn. Very stiff shoe and I would have never been able to wear it unless it was a wide width. Doesn't come in wide width so had to return it. Of note, I have owned another Dansko (Professional) and kept it for years.

I love this bag. It's perfect for fitting my wallet and stuff along with a couple of diapers and some wipes when I don't want to drag my whole diaper bag along. It looks cool and wears well. I'm very happy with it.

Great service as always! Usually buy shoes and they arrive almost before I finish the order! I looked high and low for a replacement suitcase as I broke my previous one. This one was priced right and has all the features I like. It is a little smaller than I am used to, but handles well and all my things seem to fit! Good quality especially compared to the "famous brands", which are usually much pricier. Thanks, Zappos! Proud to stroll through the airports (I travel a lot) with my Zappos case!

I saw this shoe on someone else and loved it. I was disappointed to receive the item and find that the heel was an odd fit. The shoe fit fine, but was very wide in the heel and flapped on and off when I walked. I sent them back, ordered a smaller size and the same thing. Zappos shipping was super quick and packaged very nicely, just as if I was at the store. If I could have made it work I would have; they are adorable and seemed like a great all day shoe.

The toes were initially too tight, but gradually loosened to a somewhat comfortable fit. The heel was very loose; thus a clunky, naked-heel-lifting gait which just has no place in my life. I could try a size smaller, but I think the toe area might not be as forgiving. The wool gives me problems; it's not as blatantly itchy as some sweaters made with lambs wool, but after a while I get these freakish spasms all over that are my body reacting objectionably to something. Really gets under my skin, so to speak. If you have issues with regular wool sweaters you might react to these. ("Merino wool" made me think these would be alright, oh well.) I will say that the wool seems to grow thicker and envelope your foot once you've put them on, which is nice. I'm going to guess this isn't the shearling/lambskin experience had from other brands. I just want softness! And form fitting comfort!

I love the wallet, it's well made, if a bit stiff. It doesn't fully allow you to insert your id without the end sticking out the side (actually the top), but it still looks fine. I would buy it again, and I love the closing tab.

I have now shined both brown and black shoes using this shoe shine kit. The two included brushes are great to keep the colors separated; one for brown and one for black. The shine and the brushes are both of great quality. Overall I am very pleased with the results I have gotten from this kit. The only drawback to this kit is that there is no applicator brush included, thus the 4 star rating instead of 5. You may want to run to your local shoe store to get a quality brush with which to apply the polish.

I am a new convert to Dansko and now my feet are happy! I love the "rocker" action of the shoe, and I say that as someone who mostly goes barefoot or wears absurdely uncomfy shoes. The petrol is waterproof and goes with everything--it glints in the light picking up a million colors. Also, the Sally Suede is a fantastic style if you like the extra suppport of a strap, which I find helpful with a narrow foot. Of course, Zappos rocks the delivery.

These are adorable! Just as comfortable as my other Danskos, but a little dressier. They are a little looser, but they do still fit comfortably. I have plantar faciatis, and the Dansko shoes are the only shoes I wear without my inserts, as they provide great support. Looks cute wih pants or skirts and makes my size 41's look smaller, because of the rouded toe!
