My daughter-in-law told me about Zappos and I am so glad that she did. I love the personalized service, the next-day delivery and the ability to return anything without a shipping fee. I have also been ordering gift certificates and the same quality service has applied to them as well. Good job!

I lucked out the first time with these. They feel FANTANSTIC and fit great. Now I know that Dansko\'s are very irratic with their sizing. I have\'t been able to get a second pair to fit. I love these and can wear them to work day after day and my feet and legs are never tired or hurting!Sanitas are the original company and are more consistant in sizing.

Adore this fabulously soft and stylish winter boot! There is no breaking in needed, the leather is pure butter in and out, and we got the dark red version. The application is adorable without being too silly or girly, but enough for my daughter to want to wear them all the time. These she can actually play in, as well as go out and be fancy. Amazing quality, the sole is perfectly thick, and yet so flexible. I was initially looking for wool/fleece lined boots, but we won't need those at all. These are just perfect with a thicker sock, and we still have a pair of puffy snow boots for real snow play. The sizing is true to European size, but translates wrongly into US sizes. We got size 24, which is a true 7-7.5, not 8-8.5, and fits our girl's slender, but long foot wonderfully. Will be looking for more Garvalin styles on sale!

I love these jeans. I have never bought a pair of William Rast before and was worried about sizes. I ordered a 27, which is what I normally wear, and when I received them and put them on I thought they were too tight and would need to return them. But after wearing them for awhile I noticed that they are more of a legging fit and tuck wonderfully into boots. I always get the "the you look so skinny" comment when wearing these. They are great!

My sis-in-law has several pairs of Dansko and I have always thought they were cute. When I saw the Marcelle in that cool kaleidoscope patent black, I had to order them! They took a little getting used to as far as walking in them, but now are very comfortable and I get compliments constantly!

Wow, are these cool! Unfortunately, I took a chance on the sizing even after reading everyone else's reviews about sizing up and ordered a 40 for my size 9.5 feet. It's just a tad too small. I ordered the petrol color in the backed clog too, same size and that one fit fine. After comparing the two, I realized that this one is flat in the front of the toe box, which is what made my toes touch the end, and on the petrol color, it bubbles out a bit so the fit is more comfy. They are exactly the same size on the bottom, but it's the way the toe box is shaped on this one that makes it feel smaller. I called Zappos for an exchange and what fabulous customer service! They are sending me a new size which I will have tomorrow, and I just need to return this one within 14 days, plus free shipping. I can't wait to do more shopping here, truly a great store!

Very happy with this backpack. Good size for a Junior High Student's books. And rugged enough! Also a very fair price based on what local stores are charging. Got this for my daughter after the $10 backpack we got from Walmart fell apart (after less than 2 months). Originally got it from Walmart out of desperation, as local stores seem to charge a lot more for the same backpack. Glad we went with Zappos the 2nd time around!

What is better than a gift card, especially one that is neither requested or expected? I'm not sure, but the gift card for Zappos is Zappalicious; you guys make it so much fun to buy shoes. Thanks for being so Zappos.

Frumpy but comfy, way overpriced! I had high hopes for this hat. I opened the package, put it on my head and then took it off, returned it. This odd little hat is very soft, floppy even, and probably comfy if it doesn't blow off your head. It might be cute on a 17-year old with long hair and a small head who got it for Christmas from a well-off parent.

What a great way to please a teenager. A gift card they can use to choose their own boots, shoes, etc. My granddaughter was so thrilled. The boots she choose weren\'t the right size, but thanks to Zappos wonderful cost free exchange she had no problem.

These shoes are amazing!! They are a little tough to break in, and may be uncomfortable for the first few weeks, but if you give them a chance, they will become your favorites. The patent leather makes them dressy enough for dinners out, while they are comfortable enough if you have to be on your feet for many hours. I am a nurse and I would not survive my job without Danskos!! The Marcelle is actually my fourth pair, and since they arrived from Zappos, I have been living in them!

This handbag is sassy, tooling is nice, design is fun. Yes, this is not a scrunchy soft bag, if it were you couldn't do the the hand tooling. Size is good, very open inside with no organizational pockets. So if you need the pockets, this is not the bag for you.

Purchased Heelys for my granddaughter of course, I ordered the wrong size. Zappos was great with the return (very easy) I got replacement shoes the following day! The sizes are a little tricky. Order according to suggestions, a size larger. Thanks Zappos, you did a great job with my order. I will purchase from you again and tell my friends how great you are.

Beautiful necklace. The only downfall is that the tag that says Juciy, people always mistake it as the latch and try to move my necklace so its in the back. It's still worth getting! Very cute!
