A bag hasn't made me this happy in a long time. The nylon Juliette satchel is the perfect size for commuting to work on the subway. It's large enough to hold an extra pair of shoes, a large water bottle, a hardcover book, digital camera, or sweater (maybe not all at once, but still). The opening is wide enough that I can even slip my laptop (a 13" MacBook) inside. And, unlike bulkier handbags that hold their shape no matter what's inside, when I'm only carrying the essentials (wallet, phone, iPod, keys, magazine or paperback), it slims down and hugs my hip comfortably. Though smaller items can often get lost inside single-compartment bags, this one's hot pink interior makes it easy to find lip gloss or sunglasses, even if they've shifted to the bottom. The fact that the long shoulder strap is not detachable almost deterred me from getting this one, but I'm glad to have the strap sewn securely into the bag. When I have carried my laptop in it, I don't worry about the weight bearing down on clips or hooks because the strap is attached. I shorten the shoulder strap all the way when I'm carrying it by the leather handles so that the strap doesn't drag. I like the slouchy, carefree, yet clean and polished look of the unfussy nylon with leather and gold trim and hardware.There is one zippered pocket and one slip-in pocket (just barely wide enough for an iPod inside a case) on the inside, as well as a leather strap with a clip for keys. The one thing I would change about the bag would be to add one more interior pocket. I also wish it had feet on the bottom, but the nylon makes it easy to brush or wipe it off, and I never want to put it down anyway!

Great make-up case which holds a lot! Easy to carry around and has separate areas for brushes and a pocket for whatever you want to keep separated. It\'s really cute and easy to keep clean. Instead of keeping my make-up in separate places, it holds everything I use. I really like it!

Zappos ended my 3 month long search for a bag this size. So comforting to know a bag can be returned if it isn't exactly right, but this one precisely fit the bill with quality work, just the right amount of pockets (too many can get very confusing) and just the right strap length to carry it on shoulder.

This is a terrific bag. The construction is excellent with useful compartments on the inside and a handy zippered compartment on the outside. The color goes with everything. The service from Zappos was excellent. I knew immediately when I placed my order that the bag was in stock - no worries about back orders or substitutions. I received my order very quickly. I am getting this bag for Christmas 2009. I saw this bag on Black Friday yesterday at Nordstroms and I absolutely fell in love with it. I have been looking for a bag just like this one forever. I love how there is a bow threaded through the top of the fabulous bag. I am so excited to get it. I love it so much. I know it's kind of dorky to love a handbag, but this one was made for people to love. Thank you.

This is a great bag--holds everything I need for work, including a lunch bag and a water bottle. Has a plastic zippered pouch in the middle that I use for whatever but would be great if you used this as a diaper bag. Lightweight with lots of pockets--a great tote!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 22 year old daughter so we haven't put it to use yet. The handles and trim look and feel like very rich brown leather even though the description calls it vinyl. In my opinion it really makes the bag. I love it. The lining on the plush plaid is purple with small white polka dots; very cute. Easy to roll, even for a tall person. I'm going to buy another for myself. Very fast delivery like always. My husband serving in Iraq had a request for shoes and I told him about Zappos and he picked out what he wanted and they are being sent directly to him. I've been telling everyone I know about Zappos.

This bag was my second Makowsky and since this one I have bought two more, my sister in law has bought two. The leather is great to the touch, real soft and durable (I used it as an everyday bag), the straps stays on your shoulder and the phone pouch is so nice. Lots of compliments.

I love the space of the bag; perfect for work items, kid items and everything, almost enough for the kitchen sink. Downside is that there is a magnet to close it and it would be easy to steal the wallet from it. I took it shopping for Black Friday and kept thinking about it in the large crowds as I bumped into people. Would be perfect with a low zipper, but I still love it. Great red!

Fits the Bill! I bought this in Navy for an upcoming trip to Ireland and Scotland. I wanted a tartan crossbody bag with a zip-top closure and this one will be perfect! The material is thick and sturdy and the opening wide enough, unlike some other small bags. There's also plenty of inside pockets for organizing. It's a very well-made, smart-looking purse for the money. The only thing I would change is having brown suede trim with a black strap; doesn't make sense to me. To me, it at least looks better with the darker navy than the other two colors. Overall, I'm very happy with this purse, however. Very good value for the money.

Puma's Fitness Pro Large Hobo - awesome! This bag is super stylish and it fits my shoes, clothes including a coat (in winter), towel, water bottle. The pink lining makes it easy to find what you need. It's got a long two way zip for the main compartment, shoulder and regular hand straps. The interior and exterior pockets are super handy; inside I can zip up my jewelery and my iPod is always where I need it; I keep my keys and cell phone in the outside flap pocket and my gym access card and lock in the outside end zipper compartment. I can't say enough about this bag, I love it!

I had been looking for a metallic bag for over a year. It had to be just perfect and this one is it! The bag is pewter which I find to be the most versatile metalic color. The bag size, strap length, interior, everything is just perfect. I own another B. Makowski bag so I was familiar with the quality of the product. If you have yet to try this brand, don't wait! You will not be disappointed.

This D & B with the duck pattern fabric and leather trim is so adorable and also very well constructed. It is roomy & the details really make this bag special, no other design out there like this. The attached duck on the front looks like agate due to the marbling effect. This is a "must-have", especially in the "plum-purple" shade.

I saw this Dillen satchel in the beautiful Bordeaux color in a store and was happy that Zappos had it with free shipping. The leather is so rich, and the contrast of the yellow stitching on the brown Tmoro trim is expensive looking. This bag is roomy and very lightweight. This bag is an example of the best of D & B; love it!

This is an absolutely gorgeous bag! I would call it dark orange rather than simply orange. The size is medium, but on the larger side of medium. The leather is very high quality. Perfect for a day of shopping when glasses, cell phone, wallet and makeup are required. Some of the cross body bags can be just too little, but this one is perfect. I love it!
