The shoes arrived in a reasonable time. The quality of the footwear was as expected. The borderfree delivery was great, no need to pay additional duties upon receipt of the product. The only thing I would say about the product is that they fit a little more narrowly than I expected. Still very wearable, just take a little breaking in, if you have a reasonably wide foot or high instep.

These shoes are very nicely constructed and very stylish. Puma tends to fit small, so I ordered a half size bigger. However, with these shoes I didn't need the extra and had to reorder in my regular size. They feel sturdy, with moderate arch support and like most leather shoes, needed a bit of breaking in. As always, Zappos service was what I have come to expect, above and beyond.

I have owned about six (6) pairs of Puma shoes over a period of several years. I'm a size 13US, and most of the time the shoes are fairly tight out of the box, and they break in after a few wears beautifully. These shoes will never break in, however. Don't let the unique style trick you into purchasing these, unless you don't care about having skin on your heels. Zero cushioning and blisters 100% guaranteed. Stick with Future Cat's.

I saw them and had to have them. And I love them to death. They\'re really big and clunky, but you can tell they are just by looking at them. They\'re made well and look even better in person. I got the blue and purple ones. These were the first pair of shoes I got from Zappos, and I intend to get all my shoes from here from now on, seriously. They come super fast, and free shipping? It doesn\'t get any better.

Ouch. These shoes are really cute but so uncomfortable. I wore them around the house for about an hour and my toes hurt and I was getting a blister on the heel and sides from rubbing. These shoes also run about 1/2 small. Definitely returning them; too bad because they are so cute.

This ran a little small. I normally wear a 7, but a 7 1/2 was a better fit. Even so, there was still not enough width in the toe box, especially for the big toe. I also did not care for the shiny look of the trim.

These shoes look really cute, but they're extremely uncomfortable. The cut around the ankle seems high and cuts into ankle bone.

Very fast shipping, and a great pair of shoes. My wife is very picky (me too), and these were an excellent purchase. The shoes are tasteful but edgy. The studs up the heel really catch people's eyes. My wife says they're very comfortable.

These sneakers feel like bedroom slippers on my feet. There is plenty of wiggle toe room and the cushioning is just right for my gym workouts. I had ordered these and Nike Shox but the Nike were tight and rather uncomfortable on the soles and I don\'t have the patience to wear them until they give a little. I much preferred the comfort-right-out-the box Pumas.

Got the black ones. These shoes are so pretty. Very stylish! Looks nice for casual or a little more dressed up. They run 1/2 size small, but my next size up isn't available so I'm just keeping them anyways because I love them! The other uncomfortable thing is that the back sole of the shoe is more narrow than the front sole. Would recommend, but at getting 1/2 size larger!

These pumas are the best thing about retirement! It\'s soft on the top, firm on the bottom and look great with pants or casuaL skirts. In summer look good with all lengths and I can wear socks or not. I bought it first at Macy\'s then at Nordsroms then at a Puma outlet in las Vegas. Now I can finish my collection on Zappo. Zappo has two colors I didn\'t own until today : ).

Fabulous looking shoes! Love the Puma on the side. They are comfortable, stable. I would buy these again. Use them for gym shoes. Probably wouldn't go running in them much; they don't seem cushioned enough for me.

I purchased these shoes 7 months ago, and I can count on my hands how many times I've worn them due to the fact that they are very uncomfortable. Like the other reviews, these shoes are for narrow feet. And the biggest gripe I have is that they dig into the back of my foot, I don't know what it's called, the Achilles? It is bad; I can't wear these shoes.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I have size 7 1/2 to size 8 feet. I ordered the size 8. Will have to wear with thick socks. I don't know if that means they run large or just that my feet are always in between sizes. This is my second pair of Harley boots in a similar style. I wear them all winter & they hold up well. I'm sticking with Harley's because I like the chunky heel & overall style. And I'm sticking with Zappos!

This pair of shoes was the most uncomfortable pair I have ever bought. I am very willing to wear shoes a bit in order to break them in, but these shoes made my ankle bones bleed within 2 hours of wearing them. There is no way that I could wear these ever again.

Love 'em! I received these yesterday and wore them today and I absolutely love them. The studs on the heel look very sharp and overall it's just a real pretty shoe. Like the other reviews said, you better size up. I normally wear a 6-6 1/2 and I ordered the 7 1/2 and they fit perfect! They are very comfortable, but I don't think I'd wear these walking all day long. If you're hesitant to buy these, don't be, you won't be disappointed!

Unfortunately, these shoes seem to be made on a different last than most Puma sneakers. The toes are very pointed. I have many pairs of Puma in size 8, but these did not even come close to fitting me in a size 8 due to the pointed, narrow toe box. I made the mistake of buying from someplace other than Zappos since I thought I knew my size in Puma. I really wanted this style to work for me since the H-Street is phased out, but even in a larger size I don\'t think the pointed toes will work. They look really weird too, who wants to wear a pointy-toed sneaker? I think Puma should fire the person who made that decision.

I purchased these on a Monday morning and I got them on Tuesday afternoon. I love how fast they got here. The shoes themselves are very nice. Colors seem to look better once you get them. For some reason mine seemed to become dirty very easy. Now it does not happen as much. It will only take a few days for you to break them in. Once you do, they will be even more comfy than they are already. Anything seems to go along with them. I've also received many compliments on my shoes. Thank you Zappos!

I got these in the dark shadow/silver/black combination. I don\'t wear sneakers very much, and I\'m very picky about the style of sneakers I\'ll wear, but I found these to be super cute and sleek. Not a whole lot of cushioning or support, so I wouldn\'t recommend them for walking miles on end. They do run narrow. My feet are thin so I found them true to size, but I could see how wider or thicker feet may want to size up.

After much deliberation on these boots: are they too crazy? too hippie? will the fringe be too loud and get tangled as I walk?, I finally decided to live on the edge and buy them. After all, Zappos was going to let me return them with free shipping, right? The boots are awesomeness with a capital Awesomeness! It finally dipped below 70 here in sunny Florida, and I wore the boots everywhere last weekend. I knew they were perfect when an adorable little girl stopped me at Target to tell me she loved the boots, and later that day I was told I was "the coolest mom at the football field". They aren't hot, contrary to what one would think with the suede and all that fringe, and I did return the 6 for a 7, which is perfect. They are super cute with shorts, short skirts, tucked in jeans, you name it. I run and have chunky runner's calves, and I have plenty of room for jeans tucking.

I ordered my Easy Spirit shoes with standard shipping about 8:30 or so last night, Central Daylight Time...they arrived here in Omaha NE at 4:20 today...less than 24 hours! I had received a notice that shipping would be upgraded from the standard 3-4 business days...but this is truly fantastic. I tell everyone about Zappos… in fact, two other women and I were in a department store shoe dept. one day about two years ago...waiting and waiting to be helped...when one woman and I stood up to leave, giving up on being helped...found out that she and I both used Zappos before and were going home to do just that...we clued in the third woman on your website, so now she can enjoy your excellent service as well...I have had these Easy Spirit shoes before, and was SO glad to see you still carried them!
