Warning: If you're buying this for a toddler, the leather on the pink shoe is so soft, it will get scuffed the moment she tries them out. My toddler doesn't yet know how to brush or toe tap without scraping her toe. I bought the pink shoe in a Toddler size 7. I am immediately searching for a soft pink shoe polish to apply ASAP before she can wear them again. The closest thing I've found so far is Tarrago Shoe Cream in Rose. I've read that somebody makes shoe polish for leather ballet shoes, but I've yet to find it online. Now for the Pros: The color is a mostly true light pink with just a tiny touch of the peachy/fleshy color you see in ballet clothing. I was so surprised that the leather was so soft and comfortable, and certainly able to stretch for form to her toddler foot. Nicely cushioned. The elastic band keeps the shoe on with or without the shoe string. The shoe string is an adorable wide strong grosgrain ribbon except with plastic aglets on the end like regular shoe strings. Besides the scuffing, this shoe is so darned cute (and she'll be the only one with pink tap shoes in the class) that I'm highly recommending this shoe.

These shoes are perfect. My daughter (age 4) just started beginning ballet and these were just great for her beginning level class. They are very soft and stay on her feet just great. We bought them in pink and a 1/2 size big and they still work great and have room to grow. The bow on the front can be tied more tightly to keep them on. She is very happy with them but the most exciting part was having them delivered!

This is the second pair of these tap shoes that I've bought for my daughter. I really like them. My 3-year old has really narrow feet and it can be a challenge to find shoes that fit her. These are perfect! The shoes arrived within a day, as always. She loves them and I think they are great product. As long as she is tapping, we will be buying this shoe.

These tap shoes are awesome thanks to the other comments I listened and ordered a size 10. These shoes do run small - my daughter is a size 7! The size 10 fits her perfectly! She loves these shoes I had purchased cheaper ones and she wouldn\'t even go to class as she would fall b/c the cheaper shoes were so slippery. No slipping problems with these new shoes!! Zappos is just great too ~ I received the shoes w/in 2 days!

These tap shoes are pretty much as advertised. Sizing was prety much right on, although maybe a little on the narrow side. These are a great deal compared to what they were asking for tap shoes at my daughter\'s dance school.\r\n\r\nThe real gem here, though, is Zappo\'s themselves. I can\'t rave enough about them. I ordered these shoes on a Wednesday in the late evening and somehow they were on my doorstep the very next afternoon! And no, I did not pay for any special expedited shipping. Zappo\'s upgraded me for free and this has happened twice recently with orders I have placed with them. Their customer service is just fantastic and coming from someone who has a difficult time finding shoes that fit (I am a mother of 2 with a size 5 foot), Zappo\'s is a lifesaver for me when it comes to finding shoes in my size. And, in this case, in finding affordable dance shoes for my daughter.

These shoes are perfect! My 3-year-old daughter has a new passion for ballet and tap so we were desparate to get her tap shoes that were required for her new class. I didn\'t have time to shop around so I turned to trusty Zappos. They had her size and arrived within days, as their shoes always do. Thank you, Zappos, for bailing a busy mom of 3 out of one more errand!

Good quality ballet shoe for a wide foot! My 4-year-old has a wide foot and finding ballet shoes for her has been nearly impossible. These are perfect: comfortable and durable. My only partially negative comment would be that the elastic strap on the shoe is positioned oddly. It\'s sewn on very close to the heel so it hits right at the ankle rather than a bit further toward the toes. However, this doesn\'t seem to bother my daughter at all.
