Oh my! Yet another artistic piece from Icon. I have several Icon bags and this little darlin' is quite irresistible. It's somewhat more capacious than I thought it might be and will hold more than is advertised, but it's still slim fitting and elegant. I love the idea that it can be worn as a clutch, but it also has an adjustable strap for the shoulder. Long story short: Icon bags make me smile, and in a good way. Good art. Thanks Zappos.

I ordered this Icon Aratama overnight tote on Saturday, and it just got delivered today, Monday! Wow, Zappos, thank you for the outstanding service! This bag might be my everyday bag from now on, not an overnight bag! It is roomy, and nowadays bags seem to be getting larger and larger, so why not use this gorgeous bag everyday?! I am surely not saving it for trips. The artwork is fantastic; I am planning on collecting every single piece of this collection. Thank you, Icon and Zappos!

This Icon Aratama bag just got delivered and I am so thrilled! I ordered on Saturday, and it got delivered on Monday; thank you Zappos, for your speedy delivery and excellent service. This messenger bag is smaller that what I normally use, but I love this artwork so much I will collect every single piece! I hope Icon will continue to produce these bags of outstanding quality, and I will keep buying them from Zappos!

This is a quality item. It’s well designed (zippers, size, key ring inclusion) so you can have everything at hand. And the picture is beautiful. Also, it came quickly and in perfect condition.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
