Got these for my daughter as a birthday present. They look great and she loved the comfort but they were a half size too large. She wears a womens 10.5 so I ordered a mens 9 for her, but I\'m getting an 8.5 instead. Otherwise, these were an absolute hit!

Great boots, comfortable, close enough to black to wear with everything. A little larger in the calf than I would like, but I gather that could be a plus for others. There\'s a small gusset to allow for some adjustment on the calf size.

Love these shoes! Bought them in tan and receive so many compliments. The cut outs are a great way to add a punch of color with tights. Shoes are comfortable, the heel is fashionable without looking too stocky. It is my first time buying Biviel, but not my last.

Very high quality shoe. Somwewhat pricey but worth the price. My past Cole Haan shoes never seem to show any wear. A great product. I\'m sure I will wear these a long time. Great with slacks and jeans.

This is a great shoe. It is beautiful and comfortable. It goes with suits and pants. I wore it from 8 am - 8 pm walking on hard floors and still felt great. I did order 1/2 size larger.

This shoe is gorgeous on! However, it is extremely high and uncomfortable. The foot bed is padded, but still not enough to wear comfortably for a long period of time. Probably would be perfect if the heel was 1/2 inch lower.

Excellent boot! I was hesitant to spend so much, but well worth it. I expect to have these boots for years to come. Put boots on the first day and walked around all day; no blisters, no pain. You can't tell you are in a high heel with the Nike Air gel sole. I expected to have to break them in some, but the leather is so soft and comfortable from day one. At first, I ordered 1/2 size bigger as I do with most boots, but not necessary. I returned and got my true size. The leather is so soft and gives so well, no need to order up. Worth every penny!

Close, but no cigar. Too narrow. I have unusually wide feet, and based on product images, thought that these would work. Unfortunately, these boots both run both small and narrow. They look beautifully made, so if you have narrow feet, these might be for you. The sole and heel are rubber, and that would decrease shock, while still having a cool, sexy heel for a more polished look.

These boots are FUN. I have the violet, as I am tired of black. They are really comfortable, and waterproof. I do a lot of walking for my commute and it has been raining like crazy here this past month, these are perfect. They fit true to size, whatever your normal Cole Haan size is, it'll be the same for this boot. I have narrow feet, so I wear them with heavy socks. They are worth it if you need to keep your feet dry.

1. The weight: It's been a while since I've worn a pair of Doc Martens. They are heavier than the average leather shoe. This one's a boot, so it is even heavier than the shoes I am used to wearing. 2. The size: It is true that the shoe size runs a little big. I usually wear size 6-1/2 shoes, but ordering a UK 4 (U.S. Women's 6) worked. It fits well when I wear medium to heavy/thick socks. It feels loose around the ankle when I wear thin socks. 3. The look: When I opened the box, I noticed that the leather was a bit shiny and it looked like vinyl (not leather). It looked cheap, like a knock-off as other reviewers have mentioned. For what I paid for it, I expected something that did not look cheap. On the other hand, it is a very unique-looking boot, and it is versatile. I wore a short casual skirt and black tights and my significant other said I looked cute in them. It looks great, even when I pull my bootcut jeans over them. 4. The comfort: They were stiff at first, but got less stiff as I wore them more. In the beginning, I wore trouser socks (up to the mid-calf), but I felt the inside of the shoe rubbing against/irritating the part of my calf that wasn't covered by the socks. Now I wear thick, good quality, long socks and that makes a great difference. Overall, these boots are keeping me warm, dry and comfortable in the cold, wet weather we're having here in the S.F. Bay Area. I kept them because they are fun to wear. I am still conscious about the bounce with every step!

This shoe is very comfortable, and runs true to size. It's comfortable and stylish, can be worn with anything. Plenty of support for arch and sole. I have the bronze, but am ordering the black also. With the Cole Haan technology in the footbed, you can't go wrong.

Ouch. This is a beautiful shoe but way too high for comfort. Those of us who have small feet just cannot wear such high heels - that is simply the nature of the best - and the Wander unfortunately fits into that category. I would say it fits a half size small however and is on the narrow of medium for width. This is absolutely a sitting-down only shoe. Also, I fear that the crystals will fall off with use. That has happened to me with two other pairs of Stuart's.

These are the latest, most comfortable, and best cushioned Cole Haans I own, or any other brand I own for that matter. And that is saying a lot for these Air Redford Venetians because I have purchased several pair of Cole Haans via Zappos, including other Air Redford styles. The Cole Haans are great, but these are the best. Because of my arthritic hip, I have regularly been in search of the best cushioned (easy on the hip), easiest in and out non-lace shoe, and in this shoe I have finally found it. I have both black and brown in this style, and find myself not wanting to wear any others.

I love(d) the Reef Butters! They are my most fav Reefs of all time (I have purchased them in black (x3), brown (x2), pewter, pink, green, blue and red! So I ordered the new Reef Laiser Butter 2, since the old Butter seems to be a goner! I like them a lot, they are much lighter than the old Butter, and the pewter color is awesome. The only downside for me is that the straps are kind of loose on my narrow feet. The older version's straps were not as loose as these are, but I still like them a lot and will probably order some more (in other colors) in the future!

Very cute, but run very short. I usually wear from 8.5 to 9.0. I am sending back the too small pairs and ordering a 9.5. Hopefully, it will not be too wide and will be long enough. I am not feeling sure that even the 9.5 will work. I live in NYC where everyone walks a lot. I have a ten minute walk to the subway, then down the stairs and probably stand all the way downtown, then up the stairs and then walk, walk, walk to office, meetings, stores, restaurants. I think these will be a good "transition" shoe with a cute fashionable look to wear in autumn and spring in lieu of running shoes, heels, or flip flops with dresses in particular. Who wants to wear white running shoes and black opaques? These shoes fill a niche.

I am very pleased to write about these shoes. I bought a pair recently and from the second I got them out of the package, they have been the absolutely most comfortable pair of casual shoes I have ever owned. They feel like a slipper. They are true to size. They are soft, flexible, stylish and oh so comfy. My only concern about these shoes is the curved sole and the unprotected part of the leather that touches the ground; I am afraid that they will soak up water when it rains. I just plan to be careful with very rainy weather. I still absolutely love these shoes. And of course, Zappos is wonderful and enables one to try several pairs of shoes with no hassle returns or extra expenses. I highly recommend these shoes.

I had a hard time swallowing the price, but I knew if this shoe looked as beautiful on my foot as it did on my computer screen it would be worth it! Not only are they every bit as beautiful, but they are amazingly comfortable as well, and I almost never wear heels and am not used to heels this high. Yet I've been really comfortable in this shoe and they are so classically beautiful that I think they're worth the money. I did order them in an 8 when I usually wear a 7.5 and they fit my wide foot perfectly. Also the finish, in this particular color which is black patent, is truly elegant.
