These boots are absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is first class. Even the soles and heels have been finished beautifully. The inside is nicely cushioned. These boots feel true to size. I was able to wear them for hours the first time. The heel slippage is minimal. Worth the money! As usual, Zappos is great on the free shipping, one reason they have my business and loyalty.

Just received today 11/27/09, I can not believe how fast the delivery was. I ordered this shoe on 11/26/09, on Thanksgiving day, and I received it the next day. It looks so cute and I love the heel. I thought it was going to kill me when I walked, but I felt so comfortable in it. I cannot wait to wear it with my jean and red leather jacket. I can feel the attention already. Thanks again Zappos for your excellent delivery service and I don't think anyone would carry service like this. Thank you and for making me a VIP.

Finally, my first pair of tall boots!
They fit! After years of embarrassment trying on boots in stores and not being able to zip them up my big calves, I was so happy when these boots zipped up easily. My legs look great in these boots. They're slimming at the ankle and fall just below my knees. I'm a short 5'2. The leather quality is good and my feet are comfortable. They're not exactly fashion forward, but they look nice.

I ordered a pair of Dr. Marten 1460 off Zappos. Not really sure what to expect, I was a bit hesitant to place my order from the internet. Then my worries came true. The package that was supposed to be delivered didn't make it or got lost. I called the same night and spoke to a customer service representative and explained what happened. Not only did she send me a replacement pair, it was delivered to my door the next day. Talk about wow, excellent customer service. Oh by the way, the product is great, fits really well and you can expect more orders from me in the future.

These are perfect. They do run big. I am normally an 8, and I ordered a 7.5. They fit perfect. Love them. They are perfect with jeans. I tried to get a cheaper brand, and returned them for these. I got them 1 day after ordering them. The quality is worth the price.

Fantastic! In this world of bait and switch tactics, buyer beware, deceptive business practices and non existent communication. I can wholeheartedly say that this company is just the opposite. I ordered my boots, when I received them they were a little tight so I asked for a slightly larger and size and before I could ship the old ones back the new ones were on my feet! They fit like slippers, I love them and will be purchasing more. I also sent my best friend in Florida the connection to Zappos! They should be rated an extra star for service, quality, and support.

Way to go Zappos. I received my boots within 3 days of odering. They were to small so I reordered the same day and got them in 2 days. Free shipping both ways is unheard of. As for the boots, they are great. They are comfortable, well make, exactly what I wanted. I ordered my regular saze 71/2 but had to go up to an 8. Love love love.

The Fitzwell Brixie boots are comfortable and stylish. The only minor detraction is the tip of the boot which bulges higher than most boots. Other than that, the boots are a good buy.

I have to agree with other reviewers about the fit of this boot. I usually take a 5 or a 5.5. I ordered a 5.5 (because they didn't have a 5) and it was huge. It felt like a 6.5. Also too, it was so slouchy, I think it would feel more like wearing leg warmers than boots after awhile. There was no support to keep this boot from totally falling around your ankles. It looked like a nice well constructed boot, but was not what I was looking for. Lastly, a zipper is a definite plus when trying to get a boot over a pair of jeans; this had none.

These are by far the best looking harness boots out there! Classy, sexy and rugged all in one! On fit, I feel like they run a little big. I took a 1/2 size smaller than my usual size. If you have any Lucchese cowboy boots, order the same size that you wear in Lucchese. I have a narrow foot and heel so the heel slips a little, but they look so good I just deal with it.

These are the cutest shoes and I love them. I bought them to wear with my skinny jeans. I am tall and don't need to wear tall heels with jeans, but these look like any high heel with the long jeans. I will say I had to order 1/2 size larger, but I also plan to wear thin socks with them in the winter, so maybe they are more true to size. I needed a little room for the socks. I bought 3 pair: red, black patent and grey suede. I particularly like the grey color. These also look cute with skirts and dresses and leggings with the long sweaters. They're just cute!

Nice shoe. I bought this shoe about a year ago. I have received compliments on its appearance. The next time, however, I would buy a 1/2 size larger. It is so snug that I can't wear the shoes all day.

This Fatbaby saddle boot is great: comfortable and cute. If you have narrower feet, get this saddle style because it hugs your instep better than the plain style. This is a riding boot, but I use it as a shoe, and it is great for walking around, especially if you do not want to wear a gym shoe. Also, received tons of compliments when I first wore them. Know that there is a little slip in the heel. Also get a good pair of boot socks so they don't slip down. Enjoy!

I ordered these boots the week of my birthday with no intentions of actually receiving them in time. When they arrived about 4 or 5 days after I ordered them, I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, I discovered that the size I ordered was too big, and I was reluctant to send them back just because I wanted to wear them immediately. When I finally worked up the nerve to call the Zappos help line, the person I spoke to was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me a V.I.P. member and informed me that my new shoes would be sent to me the following day. I couldn't believe it! I wear these shoes every day and am so glad I chose to buy them from Zappos.com. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. Thank you!

These boots are the greatest! They are comfortable right out of the box, fit like a dream, and are beautiful, too! I ordered exactly to size and they fit well; they "gave" a little the first time I wore them to better fit my foot. And Zappos is amazing, boots arrived the next day. How do they do that? My first "cowboy boot". I didn't want the "narrow toe" variety of boot, so I went with this one (I subsequently also got the Heritage Roper boot from Ariat). Ariat makes lightweight and durable boots. Following the advice of others, I sized down a 1/2 size (I wear an 8 1/2 so I ordered a size 8). Perfect fit. If you clean these boots up, you can wear them out on the town. Otherwise, they are perfect all-around boots for working in the yard, etc. The soft leather uppers are a great feature (they are called "Bomber Leather" in their marketing literature), and I wish they offered that option on their other styles of boots. Very highly recommended for first-time boot buyers, since they look great, have excellent comfort, and are extremely affordable.

Love them! I purchased the black and white ones. I had them delivered to work (super fast delivery, I love Zappos!). I whipped them on right away; all the girls in the office were jealous! They're easy to walk in, comfy, and just beautiful. I've worn them with lace stockings and without (great toe cleavage). They look amazing either way. Only downside is the super cute graphics on the bottom start to rub off within hours of wearing the heels. It's okay, I'm still planning on getting all the colors. You should get them!
