Unfortunately the toe box was very low, and they run short. I wear a 10 1/2 but the 11 was too short and my heel ran over the back. Comfy base, but I will have to return.

These shoes are not quite as comfortable as the Cynthia style which I had purchased before. They were a little difficult to break in, but since doing so, they are now comfortable enough to wear for most of the day. The heel height is perfect.

This is a very attractive, comfortable dress shoe that\'s true to size and width. I purchased in both black and brown versions. The 2 inch heel means you can actually walk around town in them.

These shoes were very comfortable right out of the box. I wore them at a trade show for 8 hours with no problem. I have a slightly wider foot and they fit great. My only complaint is that they stretch so much that my foot slides forward and the strap doesn't stay on the heel. I wish they fit snugger.

These are the most comfortable tall boots I\'ve ever owned. I\'m very picky with shoes due to an accident/surgery leaving pins and plates in my foot and most shoes I cannot wear. Aside from the comfort, they are gorgeous! So supple and the attention to detail on the sides is beautiful and classy. I wear these with both jeans and dresses to work and come home with a happy foot!

I was so pleased with this boot. Generous in width and very supple, soft leather. No breaking in. Extremely comfortable. It did feel a little longer in the toe but it could be that I've always ordered a half size up just to get a shoe wide enough. Now that I can order wide widths, maybe I can go back down a half size.

I purchased another pair of Fitzwell boots and they are hands down the most comfortable pair of high heeled boots I own. I was excited about this pair, but when I tried them on, they were much more narrow than expected. While the other pair of Fitzwell boots have a very generous toebox, this one is more narrow, even in the wide.

I can\'t say enough good things about these boots! They are great looking and unbelievably comfortable. I wore them for the first time for several hours and my feet were very happy. I should add that I have bunions and a narrow heel and have great difficulty finding comfortable shoes, so these are a great find. I am considering getting a second pair in another color; they are well worth the price.

A comfortable casual shoe. Looks good with jeans. A nice dress-down option without resorting to sneakers or sandals. Quiet sole. I ordered in wide since I have a bunion and while the shoe fits a little looser than I\'m used to (even when tied tightly), I don\'t feel like it\'s going to slip off my heel. I feel like I could put a lot of mileage in with these without my feet feeling totally wiped out.

These shoes felt comfortable enough but the toe was really long. I think that was part of the style because where it narrowed is where my toe actually hit, but I felt my feet looked as though they were wearing clown shoes. If the toe area were shorter and wider, the shoes would have been great.

This shoe is so cute! It's cute in its picture, but cuter in person, and still cuter when being worn! And it feels great right out of the box. I wore them the entire day on my feet at work, and they felt great, not a pinch anywhere. The padding and arch support make the difference. I can wear them with dress or skirts, but today they looked great with dressy slacks. I wish they had more colors!

These shoes do smell pretty bad when they first arrive. I had to sit them on an open window for about a week to somewhat air them out. But otherwise, they are nice shoes, good soft leather, totally worth the money. And they look really good!

Wow, this is a great shoe! Sexy and comfortable. I spent seven hours in it the first night I wore them and probably got a compliment an hour! I don't usually wear heels this high so I was a bit nervous about it. I thought about bringing up a back-up pair, no worries, I didn't need to!

Not a supportive, or well cushioned shoe. If you have any issues with feet or ankles (I have a few), this is not the shoe. The shoes also came with plastic inserts that cut my hand. The toes are crunched, but my heel is falling out the back.

Just wore these to walk to work (1.5 miles) today upon first wearing, and have worn them for half a day at work. Still comfortable. With a narrow foot and even narrower heel and slim legs, it's difficult to find a boot that's stylish and comfortable. These are both. 9 1/2 N feel slightly long, but I'm afraid a 9 would be too short. All in all, I'm very pleased I spent the money on these. Now if only they came in brown.

Oh my gosh! Absolutely perfect shoe. Perfect style, fit, and comfort! Now be forewarned I normally wear a 9 1/2 med shoe, but based on the reviews, I reluctantly ordered an 11 wide, the only size left. If it were not for the Zappos return and shipping policy I would not have ordered this shoe. I had previously ordered a different style of Fitzwell shoe in a 10 medium and it was way too narrow. I was, however, impressed with the quality of the shoe. So glad I took a chance and ordered this shoe in a larger size. I ordered 1 and 1/2 larger than I normally wear and a wide instead of a medium width. If you wear a medium width order a wide width. You will not be disappointed! I love this shoe!

These shoes are very cute - great for work. The patent trim makes them more dressy looking. The heel height is very comfortable. The front is tapered and tight in the toes however and makes them less than perfect.

I am so glad I purchased these shoes. I was looking for nice looking comfortable shoes for work. They felt right as soon as I put them on. This boot looked very nice, but after trying two different sizes couldn\'t find one to fit. I have bunions and neuromas in both feet, and narrow heels. I first ordered the 6.5 WW, but they ran huge! I then tried a 6 W and the toe box was far too narrow while my heel slipped significantly. Great look to the boot, especially with pants tucked in, but fit was not right for my crazy foot.

This was such a cute boot out of the box, but alas, the toe area was not quite wide enough to accommodate my bunions, even though I ordered the wide width. I also have a neuroma in my right foot, and if it\'s at all too small in the toe box I get nerve pinching, which happened with these boots. They are also a bit tippy due to the very small heel another reviewer mentioned. Very sad, because they looked great with pants tucked in. Calf area not tight enough to wear with skirts for me, however.
