Glad I ordered these. Cute and comfy. Completely flat, but plenty flexible for feeling my whole foot when I walk. Lots of toe room. Feels like I\'m walking barefoot. I am an extremely narrow 9, so I ordered 8 1/2 and fits ok enough.

These shoes are so soft I didn\'t need to break them in! They look sweet with a business type suit or jeans but are cute with skirts too and are a nice addition to my semi dressy shoe wardrobe! They even have some arch support.

These boots are great! They are very warm and comfortable, perfect for over leggings or skinny jeans on chilly days. The buckles are a cute touch and set you apart in a see of Uggs. Excellent value for the money.

My husband spotted these boots in a local shoe store and loved them on me. However, the 8 seemed a little big, and they didn't have a 7.5. Thanks to Zappos, I was able to order both sizes to compare before making my purchase. The 7.5 seemed a bit short in the toe and tighter in the shaft especially around the ankle area, so I went with the 8. The fit is roomy, but with the arch inserts and a thick pair of socks they are very comfortable. No break-in period! Nice and warm. I receive compliments every time I wear them. I also tried a pair of my Hunter Welly Socks with them. They fit perfectly! If I get tired of the faux shearling at the top, I can change the look easily! I am so glad I made the investment in these boots. They are well constructed and will last for years to come. Thank you Zappos for making finding the perfect fit effortless! You're the best!

Very comfortable right out of the box. Looks good with pants or a skirt. The patent leather makes it look nicer, and somewhat less casual. Can be work with or without socks. I can wear it all day and still feel good on my feet.

These shoes are cute, very comfortable, and great to walk and stand in. Right from the box they were eminently wearable. So far my only complaint is that the rubberized toe and sides seem to affect breathability when wearing socks (vs tights or hose).

The shoes arrived in a reasonable time. The quality of the footwear was as expected. The borderfree delivery was great, no need to pay additional duties upon receipt of the product. The only thing I would say about the product is that they fit a little more narrowly than I expected. Still very wearable, just take a little breaking in, if you have a reasonably wide foot or high instep.

These boots are very comfortable and insanely warm! I bought them to use indoors because I always freeze during Chicago's frigid winters. These run true to size, but run a little wide, which leaves plenty of room for wool socks if I need more warmth! I love them so much, I'm going to buy another pair for use outdoors. I own three pairs of Uggs, and I can honestly say these boots are better than my Uggs!

These shoes look great, and at first were slightly uncomfortable, but broke in very quickly and now are super comfortable to wear, so I am really glad I got them. They stand up well, and wear well, even for an 8-10 mile day.

These boots are so comfortable! I have a very hard time finding shoes I can wear that don't look like orthopedic old lady shoes. These look great and feel like gym shoes. I wore them to work all day, 2 days in a row with no discomfort. I usually wear size 9 & got a 9 1/2. I am now browsing for other Clarks boots!

I wore these boots on my trip to Seattle. I walked all over the city in pouring rain and my feet stayed comfy and completely dry. These boots were great. I'm normally a 9.5 on the narrow side. I ended up with the size 9 which fit perfect for me. The only downside is my feet did not stay warm with basic athletic socks on, but I forgot to insert the sheepskin insoles before my trip, so that would have helped. I love that these boots are casual but also can be dressy and comfy (and waterproof!).

These shoes are extremely comfy! They aren\'t the most stylish shoes with the rounded toe and chunkier heel but I can walk for days in them, and I love all Mary Janes. They give off the feeling of innocence to my outfits. I would recommend these for someone who wants to look professional but wants to be comfortable too!

I don't generally wear pointy toed shoes, but this shoe was so stylish I bought it on a whim (knowing Zappos wonderful return policy should I dislike the fit). I was pleasantly surprised to find it very comfortable, no pinching or squishing. The heel, although stiletto, gives firm support when walking. And I've gotten so many compliments on the pair I plan to buy more outfits just to go with the shoes!

Just not fitting right.
Saw these boots in the Ugg ad and thought they looked great. Really disappointing that the laces do not work. I also tried two different sizes to accommodate my wider calf. Tried 7.5 and 8, and I am regularly a 7. Neither size worked well. The foot part was roomy enough but the upper part of calf was too tight. The 8 was even tighter on one leg than the 7.5. Also, zipper didn't work well on the 7.5. One last thing, these boots are not slimming in the least. Had my sister try them on and even with her skinny legs, it made her look hefty in the calves. So, I am returning them. Still looking for something.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
