Shoe is not as comfortable as I had hoped. Not at all true to size. Right shoe feels tighter than the left. Would think long and hard before I order this shoe again BUT must say that Zappos is great. Service is great and selection is excellent.

Perfect fit. True to size. I love these shoes and the price can't be beat. Also, the shipping and service was astounding. This was my first order from Zappos and they upgraded me for free from standard ground to overnight. Wow! No one does that these days! Sharp loafer, but watch sizing -
This is a fabulously good looking shoe. It has a classic look, with a great luster. Little light on the support, but none the less comfortable all day. I am a CEO in a hospital, and these shoes really dress up even the most casual sport coat. One word of caution - these run much narrower than I would expect. But the wides are VERY wide. I wear a solid 11.5 E in Rockports, Bostonians, and Clarks, but needed a 12 std (which is still a little snug). I tried the 11.5 wide and the 11 wide - both were boats and the heel popped loose with each step. So make sure you order a few sizes to try on.

A good price for a versatile dress shoe. I have wide feet and was pleased with the width. The heel is a bit loose and the shoes are fairly stiff, which has made for an uncomfortable break-in period.

Octogenarian finds on-line shopping a delight -
These shoes were purchased for my 82 year old father. These are his favorite shoes and he couldn't find them in his size, at the mall. He was delighted to find them at Zappos and he was so impressed with the purchase process, speed of shipping and home delivery. Of course, he loves the shoes and they fit just great. Good at first but become uncomfortable within 6 months.
These shoes were nice in the beginning; they looked professional and were comfortable. After the shoe was broken in and worn every business day for 6 months the soles began to squeak and the shoe was uncomfortable. Nothing is more embarrassing than walking down a long hallway with squeaky rubber like sounds coming from every footstep. I must reiterate this did not happen initially and the shoes soles were quiet.

I ordered these in black with the black patent toe cap. They are a very nice Chanel-style flat, conservative but dressy-looking. I was glad I read the reviews and also ordered a half-size larger because my regular size felt too short. I do agree with "little arch support" comments but this is about what you can expect with dress shoes like these. Just what I needed for a special occasion.

I ordered it because I needed 3EE. Thinking that it wouldn't be true to size I ordered 4EE. I was wrong. This shoe is true to form. I could have easily gotten away with my correct size. A very nice looking shoe and comfortable.

My husband and I had hunted all over for a wider shoe that would fit him and we decided to try Zappos and we were very pleased. They shipped the shoes right out to us and they fit perfectly. We were very pleased to know that if they didn't fit they would also pay for the return shipping there aren't many places that do that so that means a lot. We definitely will purchase from Zappos the next time we need a pair of shoes. They are the best!!!

I have purchased 3 pairs and they all fit perfect and comfortable, but after they are broken in, they squeak! Not just one pair, but all 3. This has not happened with any other shoe I have purchased. Very strange.

What a fab boot!!! A must have!!! As soon as I put these boots on, it was love a first sight. They are all I want in a boot and will look awesome with every outfit. I ordered my size 8.5 and they did feel a little big in the heel so I slipped in some inserts and now they fit great! The toe area is a little snug but I know the boot still needs to be broken in. These boots are quality so don't feel torn by the price, they are so worth every penny.

Having smaller than normal-sized feet, it was a great joy to find the Zappos.com website and the many varieties of dress shoes. I purchased the brown Bostonian Prescott shoes for work and I'm glad I did. I read people's comments regarding the noise. They do indeed make noise if you walk on wood or any hard-surfaced floor. I work in an office environment with carpeted (berber-like) floors and these shoes make no noise at all. If you're concerned about the noise, keep this in mind. If you're not, then these shoes will work for you. The appearance is great and the comfort is great as well. I highly recommend these shoes!

Better than expected - This shoe looks great. I have a wide foot and the shoe provides enough room for my toes. The heel feels particularly nice although the arch support is less than what I hoped for. Overall, a nice shoe. Good value.

I purchased a cheaper shoe that just wouldn't break in. I have a pair of Bostonian (worn out) from a department store. They have no break in period. I am a 10.5, the shoe I purchased from the Dept store was 11 so I went straight for it and they fit perfectly. I wear this shoe 3-4 days a week about 10 hours at a time and I have no problems at all.

Hard shoe -
Wow is this shoe hard to break in. I found this shoe to be higher than most at the ankle. Because the leather is stiff, it is often painful to walk. I have been wearing the shoes for a while to break them in, but this isn't easy because the leather is just really hard. They just don't soften and get comfortable like most shoes. The shoe also seems to come in a little small compared to most other brands.

Nice looking shoe but lacks comfort like other such shoes -
I don't understand why nice looking dressy shoes have to have absolutely no or very little padding in the inside? Why can't they combine sneaker type padding with dress shoes?
Anyway, I loved the look of this shoe, but couldn't keep it because of the comfort factor... not the first time this has happened to me. Disclaimer: I have sensitive foot to anything but padded shoes - my feet hurt in various places, get calluses etc. Zappos as usual was trouble free in the return. But if you don't have such feet issues as I do, get this shoe!

These shoes are incredibly comfortable but the finish on the soles leaves you squeaking your way around the office driving you and your co-workers crazy.
