Took a little foam...
The first time my daughter wore these, they rubbed a blister on the back of her heel. I added some make-up foam to the backs and let her wear socks for a while so she could break them in. Now, they are comfortable for her. I love the look, they are so versatile. I went for the denim blue and pink style and have not had a problem with scuffing. We love this shoe and we LOVE ZAPPOS!!

Great shoes!
My daughter is VERY picky about shoes, but she put these on and immediately fell in love with them. I like the look, too. The only problem I have is that the bottom is showing wear after only a month, but if they get us through the summer, then I'm fine with them.

Cute and Sturdy -
These are great all-purpose sandals for the summer. I love that they cover kids' toes-it seems safer to me. They fit nicely and have an easy velcro closure. The bottom is rubbery so my daughter doesn't slide around, and with the cute little sparkles on the flowers, they look fun, too.

Perfect for our little flower girl -
This shoe is cute online and adorable on your little girl. It's the perfect combination of little girl cute and formal look for a wedding. I ordered these shoes on Sunday evening just before dinner and the very next morning, I received an e-mail from Zappos informing me that my shipping was upgraded from standard (which is free anyway) to priority just to thank me for shopping with them. I had the shoes on my porch late Tuesday morning. I couldn't be more satisfied with the shoes and this company.

Tristen's Chic Polo Ralph Lauren Sandal -
My 4 year old son Tristen absolutely loved the look and comfort of this sandal. According to him the sandals look "SIC" (hip lingo for outstanding). I would highly recommend this sandal because it can give you the chic, preppy or dress down casual summer look

Bad quality!!
I have purchased many pairs of Naturino shoes for my girls and have never had problems in the past. However, about a week after wearing this shoe (the one with the brightly colored flowers) the flowers began peeling off the shoes, leaving patches of white. The straps became totally white within two weeks!! And a bow fell off! Needless to say very upsetting.

Awesome service!
We had a two separate pairs sent from a dept. store and they were both flawed. We had already bought the dress and had it altered, we needed these shoes. We had a heck of a time finding them until I looked up Zappos. They sent these and they arrived next day no charge in perfect condition. I am so impressed and will use them for sure in the future.

I ordered these shoes for my 2 daughters who loved them. But one daughter's foot runs narrow and could not wear them. What an easy return experience! We ordered a different Kenneth Cole sandal that had a velcro closure in the front and had them by Monday (from return process on Thursday evening), and they fit great! I plan to continue ordering from Zappos.

Eye fell off :0(((
I thought I chose the cutest shoes ever. I love Pom d' Api's - they usually make quality footwear. But... after the first wear an eye of the mouse fell off although my miss wore them on the mall. The eyes are NOT glued well. Another minus is the shoe has light color fabric inside - will get dirty very easy and will be hard to clean. I am not sure I can wash these...
I think they are NOT worth 109 dollars - too much trouble...
